Description:
Able to project their voice at a low frequency, people don't notice until they are blasted back by a sound wave. Once the sound wave hits the target their hearing is temporarily cancelled out good for sneak attacks.
Side effects:
Oc has a naturally quiet voice due to the nature of the quirk.
