Oc has the power to turn into a cat, and has the, agility as a cat, speed as a cat and the sharp claws as a cat. Oc also has Feline features (aka, ears, tails, or eyes).
Side effects:
Oc had a time-limit to being in their full feline form, if Oc goes over 6hrs of not stop use they will be stuck in their feline form for about 12-20hrs.
