Description:
Oc can turn any person into a talking inanimate object like in Beauty and the Beast. Oc must set a goal for the person to reach i.e. kindness, forgiveness, strength etc. In order for them to change back.
Side effects:
It is very difficult to turn the person back into self if they have not reached the goal themself.
