Description:
Can send out a wide blast of smoke toward someone, using their hands or their mouth. Once the person is trapped in the smoke their quirk will be disabled until they get out of the smoke or Oc stops the quirk.
Side effects:
If used too frequently it can cause oc veins to thin and become painful. Can get severe dry-throat from breathing out the smoke.
