Description:
Oc can change into another Human, much like Mystique from the x-men. Oc must have a full-body picture or at least seen the person once to be able to turn into them. Natural skin is not a normal colour i.e. white/black/brown.
Side effects:
Identity issues doesn't remember what their real face looks like (kind of like Twice). Has to have a full-body picture of themself in order to shift back into themselves.
