Skyler's POV
After Echo dropped me off he had promised me that he'd stopped cutting after we met. Sadly I believe that his parents will push to far and he'll fall into the trap. Its now 7:45 and I just got home almost six hours later what fun I'll experience when I walk threw this door I hear muffled screams and open the door slowly hoping to go unnoticed still just in a bikini top and shorts
"OKAY LUCAS ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU CHEATED" yelled Tonya I look around and find everyone in the living room
"IF YOU UNDERSTOOD WHY I CHEATED YOU WOULDN'T BE YELLING" Lucas yells back Chase shakes his head
"LUCAS ITS PLAIN AND SIMPLE YOU CHEATED THATS NOT SONETHING YOU CAN JUST DROP" Michael yells and I swear I hear Lucas growl before he breaks off the cabinet door
"I'll be in my room when Skyler gets here just- nevermind" he says pushing threw the door to the bed rooms
"Chase explain" I say walking in the room Noticing everyone's shocked expressions, and I'm not wearing a shirt I mentally face palm trying to hide myself not that's its the first time they've seen me in a bikini.
"We got home and Lucas threw a fit and ripped that giant teddy bear then the cabinet" he says rubbing his eyes "I'm staying at Bella's tonight" he adds smiling walking by me
"Bye chase" I say quietly "I'll be in my room"
Tonya and Zoey follow me I sigh knowing that they'll ask about Echo j don't want to talk about him right now.
I open my door and throw my bag on the bed and lay on the bed I hear the door close
"So this Echo kid" Zoey starts with the questions I nod my head "do you realize that you two were cuddle up in the sand in a bikini top and shirts just sitting there then you started to cry" I smile at the memory of the day it was fun after everyone left just splashing around and stuff being kids.
"How did this kid make you cry and you've only known him one day and we've been trying for years Skyler" Tonya states sounding amused I laugh and shake my head
"Echo" I whisper hopefully only I heard that I stare at the ceiling and hear slight whispers I see Zoey walk out shortly after "why'd-" she cuts me off
"Okay so you obviously are oblivious to the fact you like both Lucas and Echo but I sense a strong connection between you and Echo" she says grabbing one of my pens and a paper
"I don't like Echo" I say more of a question than an answer
"Let's consider the con's of these two I don't know what else to tell you but think about it
Lucas - anger issues = accidental abuse taken out in you. Solution - anger management classes
Echo - depression = cutting = you crying because he may kill himself = nightmares of him dying = your depression. Solution - ..... support?" She says almost like she's known this for a while
"THATS NOT FAIR ECHO STOPPED CUTTING THE NIGHT WE MET" I yelled out just letting words flow out until I hear a loud band on the door
"Bye girl I bet its Lucas you guys need to talk" Tonya says opening the door to Lucas letting him in I instantly wrap a blanket around me
"Hey" he says clamly
"Is that all or are you going to talk because I'm tired of you yelling at me about crap and your dang anger issues I just now found out about" I spat coldly he stares at me
"I'm sorry" he states quietly I scoff
"Amazing you can talk wow to bad those words aren't what I want to hear so bye Lucas sorry I didn't love you like Sanndy does" I say he has his hands in his pocket with big bags under his eyes he just nods and walks out so much for talking huh just an amazing life I've got so I text the one person who helps me Echo.
S- Echo

E- whatcha need Sky

You but I couldn't say that we said to be just friends

E-Sky??

S-I'm here

E - I'm coming over open your window

S - Six hours wasn't enough time with me

E- not even close

I open my window and go to my computer and go to Netflix and start scrolling threw movies . I feel two hands over my eyes and smile I feel his hot breath on my ear which catches my breath in my throat.
Echo's POV
When Skyler didn't answer I knew something was up so I told her I'd come over cause let's be honest all I was doing was reading over a letter I got yesterday. Once inside Skyler's room I decided to mess with her I notice she was still in just her bikini not complaining I put my hands on her eyes and whisper in her ear
"I missed you" quietly spinning her chair she let's out a deep breath
"Echo" is all she can choke out in this moment all I wanna do is kiss her but I can't do it her eyes are closed and she looks like she's begging me for something I bite my bottom lip as I take in the sight in front of me her bare skin showing freely and just so tan and beautiful what am I doing day dreaming about her my best friend my reason of life and I know that sounds corny and fake but its the truth the night before the beach I planned on jumping off the roof until I heard some come up the fire escape at first I thought she was jumping. But she surprised me. Skyler grabs my hands and examines the scars on my wrist it hurts seeing her look at them like they're hers. She laughs and looks up at me I raise an eyebrow at her she just drags me out of her room. I plant my feet right outside the door.
"Okay Sky only in boxers here" I say feeling stupid for not getting pants
"Don't worry we'll have a blanket we're just wacthing movies" she says pouting out her bottom lip I bend down closer to her face I hear her breath hicth.
"Are you-" i start to say but someone opens they're door and looks directly at us. I don't know who it is, I haven't met anyone yet.
"If Lucas sees you two like that one in just boxers and on in just shorts and a bikini top, you'll both die but do as you please" says the male voice another door opens
"He wouldn't care he snook Sanndy into his room" says girl
"Then it perfectly fine for me to hang out with my best friend in whatever attire we wish" says Skyker dragging me towards a couch tripping over who knows what As if a reflex I grab her waist and pull her back into her breath hitches. I'm so glad I have that effect on her I guess that shows that she liked me to.
"What'd you say?" Says Skyler I freeze
"W-what are y-you talking about" oh please she didn't hear me please please. She smiles at me then tackles me on to the couch what is she doing
"Tell me" she says sitting on me
"T-tell you w-what" I say why am I stuttering oh god I'm dead just dead.
Skyler's POV
I heard Echo whisper, he keeps denying that he did so I'll take up my interrogation.
"Echo" I whisper in his ear, he takes a deep breath
"Yeah" he says queitly I stare at him and smile and place my hand on his chest and mess with his hair with the other. He sighs when I get off of him
"Liar" I say sounding as hurt as possible he grabs me making my heart rate start up
"Okay I did say something but nothing you wanna hear" he says in full seriousness which is weird for Echo.
"Let's watch the movie you nerd" I say pushing him back.
"A sexy nerd though right" he says laughing I shake my head
"The most sexy one in the world oh great one" I say putting toy story in. Oh what this boy does to me Lucas would be so mad if he found us.
