Danil didn't wake up again till the next morning, the doctor was checking his side and changing his bandages when he whimpered in pain...
"Mr. Danil, Can you hear me?"
"Hurts..."
"It's ok, We were about to finish anyway... Everything will be ok..."
"My brother ?"
"He is just outside the room, The nurse already went to call for him..."
Ivan and Lilian rushed into the room as the doctor was hooking Danil on his IVs for the day...
"Danil, Are you awake, Brother ?"
"Ivan... What happened?"
"You are hurt, brother... We have been at the hospital for days..."
"Sorry..."
"Hey now, don't be... he is not upset with you, he is worried about you.."
Danil's gaze shifted and took Lilian in... it was pretty hard to remain awake but he wanted to assure his brother that he was sorry and that he really was ok...
"Danil, Rest... We got you... everything will be ok..."
Ivan assured him softly when he saw he was struggling to remain awake...
"I am sorry, Ivan... I really am..."
"Sleep...Darling..."
Danil's eyes drifted shut again and his breath evened out... Lilian's hand stroked his cheek...
"He's still pretty much out of it..."
Ivan sighed...
Danil's waking periods kept being a glimpse for another two days, till his fever broke and his infection started clearing out... his ribs still bothered him...
Ivan and Lilian stayed in the hospital, for the most part, both of them keeping an eye on him and making sure he was always with someone when he woke up... he still apologized every time he woke up with Ivan there...
Kamol and Kim called a lot... they wanted to make sure he was getting better, Kamol offered to come over if Ivan wanted...
"There's nothing for you here to do..."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Yes... Say Hi to Kim for me... "

Ivan had to go to his office for some urgent issue... Lilian assured him that she would stay with Danil and not leave his side till he came back...
"I am not sure..."
"It's ok, it wouldn't be the first time he woke up without you being there, I already talked to him a couple of times, there's nothing to worry about..."
He dropped a Kiss on her cheek and made his way out of the hospital...
She sat next to Danil and waited... she was reading something on her phone when she felt someone call her name softly...
"Hey... Are you awake?"
"Yes, Where's my brother ?"
"He had something urgent to attend to... I am subsiding if you don't mind... Do you want me to get you anything ?"
Danil shook his head...
"Do you know what happened ?"
"You fainted in the airport, Ivan took you to the hospital directly... that was around 6 days ago... you have been in and out of consciousness a few times..."
