It comes to this final battle between the red dragon emperor and white dragon emperor, Vali in his juggernaut drive stood still same with issei in his new balance breaker there was total silence, everyone who watched it were on edge who would take the first step in this fight

with a flap of his wings issei zoomed towards Vali leaving a trail of red streak

Vali did the same leaving a trail of blue streak, this is it the final fight issei vs Vali red vs blue they both reeled their fist back and is it collided the earth split, the clouds scattered time even seemed to stop, the impact sent both of them a few metres, smoke emitting from their fists they seemed to be equal in strength
They began to continue throw fists at each other which kept on tearing through the ground then they took to the sky they seemed to disappeared blue and red light began to smash each other repeatedly with an uppercut issei managed to send Vali upwards before appearing infront of him and sending him back to the ground with a sledgehammer like a bolt of lightning Vali smashed into the forest destroying so many trees and earth
Issei flew towards were Vali landed but was met with a tail smack which made contact with his chest a crack appeared on his armor as he went through a small hill, using his claw he managed to stabilize himself, a white flurry of blasts fired right from vali's mouth rushed at issei,

Issei fell down loosing a lot of his power and before he could boost again Vali with is claw appeared behind issei and clawed at his back which was able to penetrate through issei's armor spilling blood, issei disappeared and appeared before Vali with is fist reeled back and with a bang sent Vali with a punch
