When considering something that you value or hold in high regard, keep in mind its fundamental nature. For example, money is just a piece of metal, paper, or numbers; seafood is a source of nutrition; music is just sound vibrations; and computer data is just a series of binary numbers and electrical signals. Remember that these things, including money and computer, are not within your control and can be lost or damaged without your permission. Don't let your happiness and peace of mind depend on things that are beyond your control. Focus on what's truly important and find joy and contentment within yourself.
Reflect: What do you have a soft spot for? Do you think you put too much emphasis on it?
