"Quicksilver unit, move carefully, you don't want to get hit by friendly fire." Agent Trystin said.
"Alright, we'll move closer to the rear, any idea where the commander is?" Avery said.
"Should be on a hill overlooking the park, it should be an easy find." Trystin said.
"But which hill, there's dozens of them?" Avery said.
"Likely the tallest, it's where it would be the easiest to spot enemies on a battlefield." Trystin said,
A shell zoomed right by the E5.
"Holy #&#@ we've almost been hit!" Avery said, being knocked over almost.
And then....
*KLANNNNNG!
"ARRGH!" Avery yelled, falling out of his commander's chair.
"Where are we hit?!" He barked.
"It appears to have been the mantlet Sarge! No discernible damage!"
"Freakin' lucky....." he whispered to himself.
And then.
"Open fire! Kill the straggler!" Karl shouted into his mic.
*BB-BOOOOM!
*BOOM!
*KA-TOOOOOOM!
The German guns opened up with precision fire, landing hits.
They were impossible to see in the forest near the open field they were in, disguised into the heavy shrubbery.
A 105mm shell smashed into the mantlet, the explosive damaging the turret ring.
An 88mm shell from the E50 smashed into the upper hull plate, failing to penetrate the 150mm thick front hull plate.
The crew got jostled around inside.
"ARGH! Blue on Blue! Friendly fire! Friendly Fire!!" The T26's radio operator shouted.
"From where?!" Carm shouted back
"Treeline! Turret ring is hit! Still assessing further damages!" The radio operator yelled back.
"Herr Carm! The All-Stars have fielded a new variant of heavily armored Pershing! It withstood direct hits from two 10.5 centimeter shells! Attacking with full force!" Karl shouted.
