When their agreed time approached, the twins had drove somewhere near the place but kept their distance. Donovan had easily sneaked in, and with the help of his father who had drugged the guards around and released the man.

But things don't always go as planned because they must have miscalculated one guard,  who wasn't supposed to be there and had a gun pointed at them.

So Donovan with quick accuracy had being able to take him down, but not before he had raised an alarm. Soon they had a bunch of guards on their tail.

And Donovan had taken down most of them, more than the ones taken down by his father and that man combined.

But the guards kept coming and the exist were nearly closed. Meanwhile Duncan had heard the raised alarm and inturn had used his car to pummel his way in.

And seeing the car Donovan had jumped into action, pulled his father and the man he had intended to save with them. While still trying his best to fight and avoid getting shot at.

Duncan on the other hand, was moving the car with precision of a car racer and buying them time by offering a distraction. But also approaching them calculatively.

And soon the man was first to enter, but his father had hesitated at the door since Donovan was still a couple of feet away. Trying his best to fight off the guards near them.

So instead of entering he had gone back for his son. And by Gods, it just happened to be the right time cause he was able to shield his son from an oncoming bullet.

That had pierced right through his chest, he had fallen down unto Donovan hands. And a unison scream was heard from both twins, Donovan had tried his best to hold his father and minimize the blood loss.

But even at such age, he had known his father wasn't going to make it. And the only thing he could do was cry for him, and for their shattered dreams. But his father with a smile on his face had promised he would always be there for them and watching over them.

And had asked them to always look after each other. Before loosing his last breath in his son's arms.

Duncan who was still in the car, had drove close to where his family was. With the aim to go see his father, but the man in the car had sensed the danger that was still hot on the tail.

It's not like the enemies were allowing them time to grief. And he had a promise to keep. so immediately when the car stopped he had grabbed the back of Duncan shirt, who was already moving across to the passenger seat.

"Keep driving or you'll lose your brother too. Don't let your father's sacrifice mean nothing ". He demanded sharply

The boy had turned and threw him a glare. But the piercing bullet that had missed him, by an inch on his face had caused him to curse and move back to the driving seat.

The man had turned and found a few guards who had already approached too near, but before he could sprint into action. The other kid was already on his feet and releasing a painful scream.

He had sprint towards them. The man had frozen in shock for mere seconds as he watched how a kid, had fought 5 men gracefully.

He had been fighting earlier with an aim to knock out. But now he was holding a knife, and he was killing with. And moving like a dancer.

Sprinting into action he had walked to him and grabbed him before he could go back deeper. And inturn he had been thrown on his back with a force that left a painful gasp.

If this wasn't happening to him, he would have refused that no kids as young as them were capable of this. One was driving like he was born for it and the other was fighting like he was born for it.

But before the kid that had thrown him could move another step, he was tackled down by his twin. Saving him from an oncoming bullet.

The twin brother had screamed at his twin.

"I already lost a dad, I'd be damned if i lost you too. So snap out of it".

The twin had blinked, at his brother.  Tears falling down but they had pulled each other up and made a run to the car. Only with a fleeting glance at their father's corpse.

The man had pulled himself up and followed their example. Soon they were speeding out of there. In an unhealthy speed, but for some reasons he knew they won't die. Atleast not from the car accident.

He had made them stop at a gas station.  Where he bought the twins a set of clothes, cause Donovan was drenched in blood and bought the remaining supplies they needed.

Didn't have enough money to buy or rent a car. So he had directed them into a more secluded road away from civilization. And more through the forests.

The twins had been silent almost all the way, only talking when it was absolute necessary. It had made the man wonder if they blamed him.

Donovan was stuck on the fact that he couldn't protect his father, and blaming himself for not being faster. Now his father was gone and was left in his enemies territory, alone. He had died in his arms and he found himself checking them quite often.

As a result he had killed but truth to be told that was the least of his worries.  Maybe he should be feeling bad, but he simply didn't care. They took his dad away from him. He only regrets he couldn't burn the whole place down.

Duncan on the other hand, was stuck on the fact he didn't even have a chance to say goodbye. He struggled to remember what was the last thing he said to his dad, the last time.

Did he tell him that he loves him, did he smile. He should have hugged him tighter,  or maybe told him that he had loved him every day. Then maybe then, he would have died knowing that.

He didn't know what to do now. He was already missing his dad, he wished he had a chance to hug him. Even for one last time or hear him laugh knowingly when he and Donovan were up to something mischievous.

But one thing was clear, he would protect his twin brother with everything he had. He would hug him more and tell him he loves him more.

And he would raise hell, to whoever tries to harm him in any way. He will always stay by his side to his last breath. This he vowed.
