i walked back into the restaurant and sat back down with nathan.
"sorry, matt called," i said as i say down.
"no its alright," he replied.
a couple of minutes later the waitress came back and gave us our checks.
"anything to go?" the waitress asked.
"actually yes, can i get chicken alfredo to go?" i asked.
"of course i'll be right back," she said as she walked away.
"i'll say for both of us," nathan says as he grabs both of our checks.
"i can't let you do that," i say sympathetically. (that's a big ass word)
"no it's fine, i don't mind," he smiles.
"okay but let me pay for matt's stuff," i laugh back.
"okay," he smiles.

the waitress came back and gave me the alfredo.
"thank you so much," i smiled.
"your welcome," she smiled back. i felt my phone vibrate. i looked at it and saw that matt said he was outside.
"well matt's here, see you later?" i ask.
"yeah, i'll probably come over later," he says.
"oh and could we like keep us a secret from nick and chris for a little bit?" i ask, "you know since your chris' best friend and you know how nick is."
"yeah that's fine, but what about matt?" nate asked.
"well, he kinda already knows... BUT i didn't tell him, he guessed it," i paused.
"okay," nate laughed.
"okay, we'll see ya then," i say. nate just smiles and waves.
i walked outside and not only see matt, but i see chris & nick with him.
"fuck," i sigh.
i got into the car and sat down beside nick.
"hey boys," i sighed.
"hey," they all said at the same time.
"that shit is so creepy," i laughed, "anyways here matt." i gave him his food.
"thanks," he said.
"mhm" i responded.
"you didn't get me anything?" chris says.
"you didn't ask," i said.
"well-"
"well nothing," i say back, "and matt took me to get the food, if he didn't take me i probably wouldn't have even gotten him anything" i made my point.
"okay, okay," chris said.
"anywayssss, who's down to go ice skating later today?" nick asked.
"i'm down," matt said.
"same," chris agreed.
"what about you y/n?" nick asked.
"umm hold up," i said looking down at my phone.
i'm currently trying to ask nate if he wants to go skating with us or not, cuz if he's not going then i'm not going.
