Jakalya pov

When I woke up it was around 5:00 and I needed to be ready by 6:30 somewhere round that time I took a 30 min shower. After I got out the shower I lotioned my whole body down and pulled out on my matching bra and panties set. I walked to my closet to find something to wear..... I pulled out a pair of light colored blue jeans and white shirt with love and the number 1 on it I put on my brown color uggs and my black and gold purse. After putting my clothes on my I did my hair because my curls was starting to drop so I just flat ironed them out stright .

After doing alll that I put on a little make up cause I didn't need much I'm flawless duh perfect face and all.... I'm so cockey but who cares after I put on some make up I was all set.

After I was done getting ready it was about to be 6:00 so that means august should be here in a minute.
I got my phone off the charger and saw I had a message from august

August: hey babeh I hope ya ready I'm finna pull up in 5

Few mins later I heard his horn blow outside so I could come. I went down stairs and locked up the house. I walked to the car and got in

"You look good ma" he said smiling as I got into the car ta put my seat belt on

"Thank you ya don't bad ya self" I said returning the gesture

"So where Lil babeh at " he said referring to Jakiya

" oh she's at her friends house she asked could she spend the night so the girl mama picked her up from daycare"

Mhm OK " he said nodding he started to pull of I was a quite ride until I,broke the silence

"So would you mind telling me where we are going now " I,said looking Hus was

"Mmm well just know ya gonna remember it and well of course it a place where there is people "

I sucked my teeth at the remark "come on tell me..." I said in a baby tone

"Lil babeh juss chill enjoy the ride ya a see when we get Thea "

"Ughh fine" I said sitting back in my seat

It took us a bout almost an hour to get where he wanted to go we pulled up in the parking lot and I looked like a fair or carnival

"Surprise ya like" he said smiling looking at me as he parked his car

"Ya I love the fair" he got out the car and i did too we got up and walked up there to the front as u got out he grabbed my hand a gave Me a lil smile he thought he was so slick but it was Fine with me cause they was so soft. We walked to the ticket booth and he got our stuff

"Lemme have Two wrists bands" he said to the younger lady at the desk

"That would be 12$ " she said handing him the bands
We got our stuff and walked away he put the band on for me and I did the same for him I thanked him for buying me one and that he didn't have to but he told not to worry he got me

August pov

Tonight is when I tell her how I feel and to see if she feels the same way as me but I don't want to ruin our relationship and for it to be weird so I might just wait and find the perfect time to tell her.

"Let's get on that " she said pointing to this ride she pulled to the the ride she was finna be a real big kid tonight

We got on a few rides and ate some food
