Shopping (chapter five)

That disappointed the demon

Luz: he looks like a dog

Camila: yes, but we don't have a lead and I don't think King knows how to act like one

Luz: why don't we buy a lead and teach King to be a dog?

Camila: alright, but for the time being, King stays here

Me: p/n, you stay here too

P/n flies over to King

Camila: we should be back around lunch time

King nods then we leave. We walk over to a big pink box like thing with wheels

Me: what is that?

Luz: it's a car. It's like a palisman except it can't fly or come to life

I nod then we got in with Camila in the front while Luz and I sat in the back. Luz clipped this black thing around me then did the same with herself

Camila: have you got your seatbelts on?

Me: seatbelts?

Luz: it's the thing on you and yeah, we're ready

The car began to move so I looked out the window, watching as the trees fly by with the occasional houses. Soon enough, I was watching buildings fly by with the occasional tree. Eventually, the car stopped so I quickly drew an illusion spell making my ears to appear round, then we get out of the car. We began to walk over to this massive building

Luz: maybe if I record you, the camera might pick something up?

I look at her confused

Me: what?

Luz: if I record you doing a circle, the camera might pick something up

Me: ok, we'll try it when we get back

That made the human smile

Camila: maybe, you two shouldn't talk about witch stuff

We enter the building but continued walking as I admired the massive room. After a few minutes of walking, we enter a different room filled with clothes on metal racks. Camila looks at me

Camila: why don't you pick out some clothes and try them on?

Me: ok

I walk around the room, picking up different clothes then we went to the changing rooms. I went in one of the rooms, shut the curtain, then got changed. After I did so, I looked at myself in the mirror to see my illusion spell had run out

Brain: that didn't last long. Although, that makes sense since Augustus usually does the illusions

I wait a few minutes before doing another spell then leaving the tiny room to show the humans

Luz: that looks amazing on you!

Camila: sí!

I smile

Me: I just need one more thing

The humans look at me, confused

Me: I'll be right back

I walk over to a section of the store, grabbed a f/c beanie, and put it on, making sure to cover my ears before walking back to the humans

Camila: is that what you're getting then?

I nod then walked back into the small room. I close the curtain, got changed, then we walked to the counter. Camila bought the clothes then we entered the bigger part of the building. I instantly put the beanie on, covering the tips of my ears then we continue to walk around. We went shop to shop, just looking around to see if anything is interesting but I found nothing. That is until, we walked past a shop. Something purple caught my eye, so I stopped and walked back to have a better look at it. It was Hexes Hold'em cards
