"Mr. Stewart, what is the matter?" The Queen questioned. He shifted on the spot and cleared his throat, obviously uncomfortable.

"Um, well, I have a letter-" His voice emphasised his nervousness. "Yes, carry on," The Queen said, her voice gentle in an effort to ease Mr. Stewart's nervousness.

It was then that she extended her hand for the letter to be placed in the palm of her hand.

His hesitation only made me more eager to know what he had to say. He finally spoke, his voice barely above a whisper. "Actually Your Majesty, this letter is for Princess Estelle of Abbott,"

Eyes were again facing me with curiosity. His pause only made me more curious about the contents of the letter.

I was not expecting this and it only intensified my anticipation. The silence that followed only made me more eager to hear what he had to say.

"I must apologize for the confusion," he said, his voice a little louder. "I am here to deliver a message to the Princess."

I stood up and walked up to the man. I could tell he was nervous, his hands shaking slightly, and his eyes darting around the room.

It was clear he was out of his depth and had no idea what he was doing. He was not used to the attention and had obviously been sent on a mission he was not prepared for.

The letter was handed to me right away, and he bowed his head in my direction while doing so. In response, I bowed as well and willingly accepted the card from him.

Quickly walking back to my seat, I sat down and stared at the paper with a desire to know what was inside.

I quickly noticed the royal emblem of the kingdom in the corner and knew it must be someone from a royal family.

On the front of the envelope, the words 'To Princess Estelle' were written in cursive handwriting.

I couldn't help but wonder who had written these words and what kind of secret was hidden inside the mysterious envelope.

"I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. I was asked to deliver a message to the Princess, and I hope I have not caused too much trouble." The man dismissed himself, walking out of the room for the guards to close the door behind him.

I wonder if it was from Prince Maxwell? I thought we agreed that we would talk when we saw each other at school?

All eyes were fixed on me when I looked up from the letter. They were all looking at me with the look that said, 'Open the letter and tell us who wrote it.'.

On the other hand, the letter could be from anyone and it would be impolite to open it in front of everyone who gave it to you.

Perhaps it would be better to wait until you're alone to open the letter and find out who it's from.

"Um," I said, sliding the letter safely into my light jacket's pocket. "Sorry to interrupt breakfast but I have some duties to complete."

I quickly started eating breakfast. I was trying to avoid any further conversation as I had just received a letter that I needed to take care of immediately.

I wolfed down my food, eager to read the letter's contents and address the matter without delay.

I stood up from the table, bowed to the Queen and headed to my room, my mind already formulating a plan for how to tackle the issue laid out in the letter.

The first thing I did when I opened my door was to let myself in, and I shut the door behind me. I immediately felt a sense of calmness and security, as if I was finally in a safe place.
