Settling in

Cherry greeted each islander with a generous hug and even laughed off Anna-May's exciting fan girl moment. The young islander couldn't believe she would be spending a whole Summer with one of her idols. But Anna-May wasn't the only islander to recognize the supermodel's face, many of the boys had grown up seeing her face.

 They were all excited to get to know Cherry, especially the boys.

Jonathan and Will were the only two who were mystified by everyone's intrusive questions directed at the beautiful redhead. How was it any of their business if she knew Kylie Jenner's baby boy's name? It didn't make any sense to the two.

Before the questions could get weirder Jonathan swooped in and claimed his chance to get to know his future wife, of which he was sure of.

"Let's go and explore the villa love"

Thankful for the interruption Cherry let herself  be tugged away, "you used that word a lot you know?" Cherry told him absentmindedly as she took in the layout of the villa. It wasn't anything outstanding, not when most of her friends, and previous boyfriends had villas three times this size. But she liked the bright colours they used to liven the place up. 

"What word love?"

"You keep calling me love"

"Hmm," Jonathan hummed as he pulled her further into the villa just behind Lara and Ron who didn't hesitate to jump on their bed. He thought this action would distract her from the blush trailing up his neck. Cherry only laughed at his hesitancy to respond, he probably called all the girls he was with love.

"The villa is beautiful! I love all the bright colours you've used" Cherry complimented as she played with a blue pillow on her lap. "I'm excited to start my love island journey!"

"We got a purple bed!" Jonathan cheered before backflipping onto the bed, his actions caused Cherry's heart to flip in concern. 

"Oh gosh! don't do that! you've could have hurt yourself" Cherry exclaimed as she subconsciously moved closer to the bed.

"Aww! Look at you caring about me already," Jonathan said grinning up at her as she took an extra step forward towards the bed they would be sharing. "I think I hurt my back actually.. will you rub it better for me?"

Rolling her eyes Cherry couldn't help but giggle at his cheeky personality, he could definitely make her laugh. "Alright but I have to warn you I give back massages like Monica from friends, you'll be moaning in pain and not pleasure" 

Jonathan's eyes widened at her comment before he burst out into a belly fit of laughter. 'She was the full package!' he thought. Cherry couldn't help but join in, his laugh was something else. She didn't realise it then but her eyes shone a little bit brighter in his company.

After he settled down, Jonathan tugged Cherry down to sit beside him on their newly established bed. It was time for them to get to know one another better.

"So you're funny, beautiful and sweet... tell me what's wrong with you?" he joked taking a strand of her hair to play with. 

"You're very forward and touchy" Cherry laughed smacking his hand away in a futile attempt for him to release her hair. 

"Mmmh, don't ignore the question" Jonathan retorted as he pulled Cherry further onto the bed. Sighing in amusement Cherry lay comfortably by his side and just in time for Jonathan to play with another strand of her hair. 

"What is wrong with me?" Cherry repeated, tilting her head in thought. The only major problem in her life was her management team controlling every aspect of it. Cherry was a hundred per cent sure that if she got pregnant after she signed their contract they would try their damn hardest to get rid of it. But of course, she couldn't answer honestly, not if she wanted her career to be safe when she eventually left the villa.
