On my way out I bump into Santi, he's with his friends and they're all caught up in conversation but once my brother sees me he frowns
"Woah, you good?"
I clear my throat as I look the other way, "Yes"
"No you're not"
"Santi! It's your turn"
He turns back for a second, "Yeah I'm coming-
"Just go Santi"
"But-
"I'm fine, just go"
He sighs "Fine. Daniels outside, you might as well go with him. Don't walk home alone"
"Later"
I saw Travis again so I left quickly before he even got the chance to get to me, when I got outside my older brothers were in Enzo's car laughing as they talked. I open the door to the backseat before getting in and Daniel looks back, "Finally"
I lay myself against all three seats, burying my face into my arm as I do so. And then I just cry to myself because I feel so..... sad.
"Hey what's wrong?" Enzo asks
I don't reply and I hear his seatbelt unbuckle, "Who's sliders are those?" Daniel questions
"D come on-... Dri what's wrong"
"It doesn't matter"
"Yes it does"
"I'm an idiot"
"That depends", Daniel replies
"Don't mind him, he's high"
I finally sit up before and sniffing, "Give it to me"
He passes back the blunt and I inhale before exhaling swiftly, feeling a little more relaxed than I did before. "Santi's not coming, let's just go" I mutter
Enzo starts the car, "You gonna tell us what's wrong?"
I can already feel tears forming again, "Guys are betting on me now"
"What?"
"About sex?", Daniel questions
"Yes..."
"Ohhh. Shit"
D being high is probably the only thing keeping me sane right now, "Why the fuck are they betting on you?"
I sigh, "Cause I'm a whore"
"You are", My oldest brother nods in agreement
"You're just confused", Enzo replies
"Stop lying to her"
"I'm not lying-
"Dude. Just face it, she is"
"Wow, thanks Daniel"
"Adri, you do have sex a lot. But tell those kids in your grade to have the same energy towards all those guys who have a higher count than you, it's no biggie"
"Ok never say biggie again-
"Biggie-
Enzo waves him off, "What he's trying to say is. If having sex makes you happy then it makes you happy, you're not in a relationship so why should you feel obligated to stick to one person-
"No no no. Terrible advice-
"What? I'm just telling her what you meant-
"It's not what I meant at all"
