Amara

I just spend a lot of money buying clothes, like a whole ass lot. A lot as in probably won't even fit into my wardrobe anymore.

I love buying stuff. Clothes, jewelry, candles, food, but especially things I'll probably never use.

But Aeron always told me to buy whatever I wanted whenever, so I did just that.

I bought a lot of clothes, pretty expensive clothes as well. I decided not to buy clothes at stores where the products are made my children, it's disgusting.

I couldn't possibly imagine having to work twelve plus hours a day and barely earning some money, if the guys let me I'd donate a million to end child labour if not more.

It's somewhere in the middle of the night when I wake up, hearing a weird sound coming from outside my window.

It's as if someone's knocking on my window. I try to calm myself down, but as the knocking goes on I start to freak out, my breath hitching as I feel my nerves build up.

I stand up from my bed, pulling on sweatpants since it's freaking cold in here before walking to Seth's bedroom, which is the closest to mine.

I hate windows.

Seth's door is closed, but I don't bother knocking as I still hear the sound on my window.

I open his door as I realize I'd never seen his bedroom before.

It's very much like Enzo's, only much more tidier and somehow much less chaotic if that makes any sense. It's 3 am, nothing makes sense to me right now.

I see Seth sleeping peacefully in his bed as I slowly tiptoe over to him.

"Seth." I whisper-yell, not wanting to startle him by speaking too loud or anything like that. I know I'd be scared.

"Seth please wake up." I say, nudging his shoulder as his soft snores stop after a few seconds as I reckon he's waking up. "Please Seth." I say to him, my heartbeat getting faster by the second.

He wakes up as I slap his shoulder hard, knowing that would have to wake him up as I was running out of patience, still scared.

"Fuck- what's wrong?" He asks me, turning around as I sit on the edge of his bed next to him.

"I- someone was knocking on my window, I swear. Please I'm so scared Seth." I say, feeling tears in the corner of my eyes as I start to freak out even more.

"I'll go check, yeah? Stay here and don't open the door for anyone but me, okay?" I'll be just a second." He says, sitting up in his bed as he presses a kiss on my forehead before stepping out of his bed, walking out of his bedroom.

His bedroom is so pretty. I feel like he would have a good eye for interior design. Or he just paid someone a lot of money. Probably both.

I wasn't crazy right? There was definitely someone knocking on my window. How would they even reach there though? I mean- oh, a ladder, duh.

After a few minutes, Seth still hasn't returned to me. I step out of his bed over to his window which is quite larger than mine.

I push away the curtains for a bit, trying to look outside as his view consists of the front yard.

I look down and I see the bushes move. Not because there's a rabbit or a bird in there, but I see literal arms and legs.

Getting scared, I do something incredibly impulsive before I hear a familiar sound, a gunshot.

Seth!

I immediately open the bedroom door again, running back to my bedroom as I see Seth standing there with a gun in his hand, closing the window.
