You acting like it's somebody you don't know - p.a

Start from the beginning

She let out a loud scream, causing you to jump and Cole to flinch. Right after, she just shrugged , going to a seat that had a kid eating yogurt. You watched as she leaned in, telling him to move and stealing the yogurt. She turned back to you, waving a few fingers and slowly licking the spoon. You kept your eyes on her, a smirk on your face, your cheeks flushed. You didn't even look away when she turned back to the front of the class.

Cole had watched the whole thing. He knew you were gay, and this new girl was interesting. Why not give them a little push?

You were hanging out with Cole and Melanie right outside your locker before the next class. They were discussing the paper that you guys had to do, while you were just leaning on the lockers, zoned off.

It wasn't until you felt a tap on your shoulder that you were faced with reality again. You turned, seeing Phoebe with a smirk. Your tongue peaked out of your mouth, her eyes following it. "Hey." You greeted, gripping your backpack strap with one hand.

"Here." She passed you a paper that was folded up. She ignored the glare that Melanie had. You took it, a smile playing on your lips as your fingers brushed her hand. "I'll see you around." She winked before leaving, your eyes followed her as she walked away.

You let out a soft giggle, turning to look at the two. Cole had a happy smile, while Melanie was frowning at you. "What?" You asked, flushed and smiling uncontrollably. Melanie hated how Phoebe didn't even have to say much for you to go all giggly and smiley. She used to make you feel like that.

"Are you finally getting a girlfriend?" He teased, making you shake your head.

"Excuse me, I've had plenty." You defended, your shoulders raised. Melanie just huffed with a shake of her head. "What's your issue?"

Melanie looked around just to make sure that Phoebe wouldn't hear. "She's just going to hurt you." You raised an eyebrow in disbelief. There was no way she was saying that. "Isn't she pregnant or something."

"That's literally just to get them off her asses." You didn't need to defend the girl, but you felt like you had to. "Come on, you barely know the girl, too early to judge."

"You barely know the girl too." She argued, Cole just looked between you two, he was super confused. "I just don't want you hurt." She pouted, trying to work her charms on you once more.

Usually by then, you'd fold and throw out her number, but it didn't work this time. "Whatever. I'm just gonna go to class." You walked off, going to the next class, one that you didn't have Cole in, just Melanie.

They both were left there, a little shocked. Melanie knew she would lose you to this new girl, so she had to do something about it.

You had gotten to class early, dropping your bag beside a desk as you pulled out your phone and opened up messages.
