Chapter Four

It was another new morning in this city for me. No alarm clock blaring means more sleep but why did some people who can enter this house is a morning person?

"Let's go, baby brat!", Sunghoon yells from the doorway of my room.

"Go away!", I yell back, burying my face into my pillow.

I feel someone lie down in the bed next to me and say, "Now that's a little harsh to your older brother, Princess"

Recognizing the voice, I quickly turn around to see Chanyeol. I move and hug him, burying my face in his shoulder. To see Sunghoon rolling his eyes at me.

"Hey Jade", Chanyeol says, hugging me back, "Sorry I wasn't here at your first day of school. I hope you did have a good time?"

"It's fine. I already made a friend"

When I pull away, I flip on my back and ask him, "Where's Akira?"

"She's downstairs, waiting for you"

I grin and pull my covers off, making them get on Chanyeol so he will be the one to fix my bed.

"She's the only reason I'm not mad at you for moving us here!", I say, standing off the bed and running out the room, followed by his laughter.

I found Akira standing on the kitchen, sipping on something out of a mug when I came down. She's talking to Jay, looking close to laughing while he was cooking something for us in the stove.

"I don't know, Jay. She seem kinda into you", She says, making him roll his eyes.

"That's what everybody is saying but I just - I don't see it. I mean, she's one of my friends"

"Are you seriously telling me I have no idea just what kind of story is that?", I ask him, walking over to give Akira a hug.

"Not a matter for you to be worried about, sis", Jay insists.

"Hi Jade", Akira says, hugging me back. I pull back from the hug and lower myself down so I can level to her stomach.

She doesn't have a big baby bump and I don't think she ever will if you look at her from behind, but in front of you, you'll see her stomach is perfectly pronounced and round.

"Hi baby", I coo, rubbing her stomach. I'm so excited about this baby. I'm going to spoil the baby, so I can be the favorite in this family.

"Are you being good to your momma?", I ask, tilting my head. This makes Akira laughs.

"From the lots of kicks inside, I could tell where this baby would get their personality. From the daddy", Akira says as I press a kiss to her stomach before standing up, seeing a gentle smile on her face.

"Gotta love the second Yeolie", I say, grabbing a mug and pouring myself a coffee.

"How are you feeling, Akira?", I asks once we were sitting together in the dining table.

She shrugs, "Getting tired of this decaf already", she says, glaring down at her cup.

I grin, "So when's the day I will hear if I have a nephew or a niece?"

"Oh I don't know. It will be a surprise for all of you", Chanyeol says after coming into the kitchen.

"But Jimin says you've already knowm for two weeks! Surely we must know.. Now"

"Why do you need to know so bad?", He asks.

"Because I'd like to know in advance so I can search more pretty cute names for both a girl and a boy!", I tell them, shaking my phone around in emphasis and Chanyeol snorts.

"We'll tell you soon, I promise", Akira assures me, slapping Chanyeol's arm. He just grins and kisses the top of her head.

Jay walks over to me to pour himself some coffee, "Go get ready for school, Princess. We gotta go soon", He says, nudging his shoulder into mine.

We do that to each other all the time but more so to Sunghoon who's always up in the morning the earliest and yet could be found spacing out in one corner. We need to either find him or snap him out of it before we could go leave the house with him.

"Go finish your breakfast. I'll find my other half somewhere here", Jay says quickly before leaving the room to find Sunghoon.

"Alright", I tell him, setting my mug down on the counter and smiling.

After I finish my breakfast, I bid the others goodbye for a second then went up to my room, preparing to get ready for school and decided to wear simple like a normal sweater and a jogger. That's it.

I'm climbing down the stairs right on timw when the doorbell rings and Chanyeol quickly says, "Jade can get it!"

On my way to the front door to see who it was, I trip over a pair of shoes. Looking down at them, I recognized they're Jay's.

"Oh god, Mr. Park Jongsaeng, your shoes is down here.. Again!", I shout, chucking them away from the view of the door.

I pull the door open, turning around when I heard Jimin shouts from the stairs, "I'm begging you, don't throw your brother's shoes around, Princess"

"Princess?", a voice asked out in front of me.

I whip around to see Ni-ki standing in the doorway of our house, in all places I could meet him. He's shamelessly looking me up and down, a little smile on his face.

"What the hell are you doing here?", I demand, crossing my arms over my chest and feeling my face flush, wishing I could close the door on him.

"Oh my mom wanted to bring this over to our new neighbors", He says, lifting the pan his hands.

Warm little cookies in the shapes of penguins and puppies.

"Why would she want you to give us this?", I ask, accepting the pan.

"Like I said, our new neighbors. Lucky for you, we just live right next door and I was surprise you actully moved in the house next to ours", He grins, running a hand through his hair and I'm pretty sure he is flirting.

Actually besides the fact he keeps looking around behind me, I'd like to say he also wants to get inside here.

I suppress a frown and say, "Well, please tell her we said thank you. It was very nice of her to be so welcoming to us"

Ni-ki nods, looking over at me again and quickly snapping his eyes back to me when I snap my fingers.

"Can you stop? It's not exactly very comfortable", I say, using my free hand to wave him off and he steps back.

"I'll see you in school, Princess", He winks, but I shut the door before he can add anything else or if he keeps at it, I'm not the only one he's going to have to face.

Holy moly, he is a neighbor of ours? Kill me.. Now.
