We are still evacuated in the hall but the firemen decided that we can bring small stuff with us so that we don't argue about things anymore. We snickered and roamed around our apartment room.

"I want to bring this," Emerald held up her Mac in the air.

"I want to bring this too," I picked up my bedside lamp. Then we started picking up and carried them, saying which and what we wanted to bring.

"I want this,"

"I want that,"

"Oh god of course I wouldn't leave this out."

The firemen's eyes bulged wide as Emerald tried to pick up the darn television. I rolled my eyes and giggled as she struggled to carry them. We knew we made the firemen pissed, but it's worth of their priceless face.

"Stop!" One of the firemen instructed us. We stopped whatever we're doing and turned to look at him.

"We said to carry stuff like pillows, small devices or whatever, not a television!"

Emerald's eyes turned from glee to upset. I narrowed my eyes directly to her and she shone me a glint of evilness inside. I bit my bottom lip and tried not to laugh as her eyes are telling me that she will give-them-a-more-pissed-off-face-and-I-will-make-it-more.

"Sir," she said sweetly, "we're teens now."

"So?"

"That means we cannot get away from our favourite things. Seriously, we can't!" She wailed. I turned my head away and grinned. She's such a good actress.

"Sorry, but we're not falling for your silly tricks, you rowdy teenagers," The fireman shook his head, "doesn't your parents teach you to not back-bite the elders?"

"Doesn't your parents teach you to not back-bite the elders?" Emerald mimicked him quitely. I giggled and pulled faces behind their backs when they turned around. We decided that we took our phones, pillows and laptops.

Once we've done that, the other fireman said, "We probably need to tell all the people that they'll be staying in the hall for tonight. If the weather condition stays like this, well we have to stay there the whole time until repairs have finish."

"What?!" Emerald shrilled, "I don't want to sleep in the smelly hall with dead-looking people. I mean, look at how those kids howl, look at those people who vomits! Look at those old people with their medicines-"

"Just agree to the situation young lady!" He barked at her. She began to shut up and became all small and tiny. I supported her by hugging her as we head down the stairs. I agree with Emerald as well. We're both the same species, and guess what? We had a sensitive noses. So that means if we're werewolves, we smell it clearly. Poor her. Poor me.

I sniffed the air and smelled disgusting vomits and sick medicines as we got nearer and nearer to the hall. Children howling like crazy gave me a sick headache and a knotted stomach as it growled for me to go up there and screamed shut up to every single person and let me sleep in peace.

The two firemen opened the door for us and I saw Emerald's chin was up and didn't even bothered to say thank you to them. I smiled at them apologetically and said to them, "Thank you."

"Don't mention it kid," one of them chuckled, "just tell your mate that she needs to learn how to behave one day."

I nodded and stalked towards Emerald quickly. Yes, the fireman might have been right, but seriously, us behave? Nah.

Emerald checked her phone and glanced up at me, "It's almost six at night. We should get comfy and ready to sleep, in this madness."

I laughed at her emphasising word, "Chillax, it's probably for one day."
