"Hello, Lady Kagome." He greeted her with a smile.

Kagome gave him a confused look. "Um, can I help you, sir?"

"My name is Riku and I'm here to speak to you," Riku said.

"Of course. What is it and how do you know my name?" She asked curiously as she faced his gaze while listening to the word he spoke.

"The legendary priestess who made a right wish and purified the Shikon Jewel. Word of your deeds has spread much further than you can imagine, you know."

Kagome was curious. "I see. So do you have business with me?"

"A great cataclysm is approaching," Riku warned her with a serious look. Kagome was shocked.

"A great cataclysm?" Kagome asked.

He nodded. "Yes, every Five hundred years ago, a comet called the Grim Comet travels close to Earth." She saw him pointing at the sky when Kagome wasn't hesitant but remained calm.

Kagome frowned. "A comet?"

Riku looked back and faced the priestess. "Unfortunately, large fragments break off and fall from that comet." He said as he and Kagome stared at the sky that looked like a bright red star, which concerns her will. He continued, "Five hundred years ago, back when nobles were governing the land, war, and famine kept spreading and many people died. Because of that, the population of demons grew. And great demons who controlled them appeared in the East and West. You know one of them quite well-- The Great Demon Dog."

She gasped a bit as Kagome blinked. "The Great Demon Dog? You mean Inutaisho? Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's father?"

He nodded. "Of course. Inutaisho and Kirinmaru. These two Beast Kings joined forces and eradicated the comet fragments five hundred years ago."

"Wow, but who's Kirinmaru?" Kagome questioned him.

Riku sighed. "You'll never like this, Lady Kagome."

She blinked. "What do you mean? Please tell me."

Then he continued speaking to her, "Seven days from now on, the Grim Comet's fragment will fall upon this earth once again. However, Inutaisho is no longer, and Kirinmaru himself has fallen into a long slumber."

Kagome sweatdropped. "Will Inuyasha take his father's place? How can we awaken Kirinmaru from his slumber?"

"I don't recommend awakening Kirinmaru," Riku replied, which flinched Kagome a bit.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, with your first question about who Kirinmaru is, well, he despised humans and cannot forgive the existence of half-demons. He wouldn't just kill Inuyasha." Riku said as he spun around and looked away while crossing his arms across his chest and facing the sky, "He would also most likely kill your child that you had given birth to a long time ago."

Kagome widened her icy blue eyes. "What!? Why the hell would he want to kill my daughter!?" She shouted, "Can't we do something!? Is there a way to destroy the comet's fragment while keeping Kirinmaru asleep?"

Riku sighed. "There is nothing we can do. If Inutaisho's sons can combine their strengths and..."

"If there is anything I can do, I'll do it!" Kagome said in determination, frowning at him.

"Then go and convince your husband, Lord Sesshomaru and Lord Inuyasha. I believe what you can do." Riku said.

Kagome nodded with a glaring look. "Okay. I'll see what I can do."

When Sesshomaru hurried back home with Kohaku, they landed on a field where Jaken was waiting for their arrival who looked very delightful to see his Lord. So he ran towards him and stopped where he was standing in front of him. Before he does, Kirara transformed herself into a small kitten then she landed on his left shoulder.

"Lord Sesshomaru!" Jaken cried out happily, "You're back! I've been looking all over you!"

Sesshomaru didn't reply. He glanced his eyes at Kohaku and tell him, "Kohaku, go warn the others. I'll go warn Kagome, Inuyasha, and Ayame."

"Yes!" He responded. Kohaku went out running to warn his sister and the others, so it was just Sesshomaru and Jaken now.

"Lord Sesshomaru, is something happening?" Jaken asked in a worried tone.

Sesshomaru didn't reply again as he gazed at his son-in-law who was running towards the Edo Village where he could confront his family. However, he hoped they'll understand this. Suddenly, he glanced his golden eyes at a figure woman who was standing behind them, which flinched Jaken in confusion. Jaken spun around and faced an older woman that looked very unfamiliar to him. Anyhow, Sesshomaru recognized her instantly. He ignored his servant was glaring at a woman.

"It's been a while, Lord Sesshomaru." A woman said with a smirk.

"Just who are you!? Answer my question!" Jaken shouted.

She ignored him as she slowly took two steps forward while gazing at Sesshomaru's pride. "How are your mother and younger sister doing?"

"Hn, I haven't seen my mother in four years," Sesshomaru responded coldly.

"Word is that you had a family now. Or should I say... you married to a mortal priestess and a half-demon daughter?"

Sesshomaru didn't reply. He was glaring at her quietly.

She continued, "I can already picture the surprise on Kirinmaru's face. The great Lord Sesshomaru, known to despise humans and half-demons has taken a priestess as his wife."

He was still glaring at her.

"Perhaps you should hide your previous daughter before Kirinmaru awakens." She warned them while smirking evilly.

"Is it not you who wants them, Zero," Sesshomaru asked her.

She started to laugh a bit. "Oh, my." Zero said, "You remembered my name? I'm flattered."

"Hn." Then Sesshomaru pulled out the sword and summoned blades to attack her, but he knew she managed to retreat from his attack. After an attack, he saw a paper puppet float in the air and then landed on the ground. He could sense her aura flying away.

Jaken was shocked with a sweatdrop. "A puppet!?"

"How boorish." He muttered.

They heard Zero's laugh from the night sky. Her voice was filled with echoes while Sesshomaru listened to the word that she was saying.

"Lord Sesshomaru, after warning you about Kirinmaru, but there is something else I must warn you." Zero said in an echoing voice, "I figured you had seen something from the sky. The Grim Comet will approach for the first time in five hundred years. You should use Bakusaiga as well. It's your choice wherever heed my warning or not. However, as someone humiliated by your father. I'd be lying if I said I didn't wish to see your entire family suffer in agony."

"Hn." Sesshomaru said with a glaring look on his face. Serious situations he has.

"Well then, best of luck to you." Then she disappeared from the sky until Sesshomaru didn't have a choice but to protect his family. His job is to keep the village safe from the Grim Combat and even his wife and children. So he continued to go warn his friends and family.

"Just who does she think she is!?" Jaken shouted in anger when he turned around and saw Sesshomaru start to fly off when he quickly grip his mokoto.
