When you find the ONE. The one for you and everything is going perfectly well until everything is suddenly not.
When you find that you are unwilling to give more, though you can. Then you begin to build a barricade between you and the one you love because you are not ready. However, they still continue to be the perfection they have always been by providing you the space and the time you need from whatever you are silently going through. Unintentionally making the internal war more and more difficult to fight.
How long can one reject their true desires for? How long can one fight that internal battle before realising it is time to surrender and end the war? Maybe until death but maybe that is too late.
Maybe.
Just maybe.
