14 | give/take
// do you think the world is a selfless shell; where you can float without the surface of expectation or putting the burden on someone's shoulder? You're in a delusional state then, whereas you think it's not about giving & taking. It's an equation of balancing if I gotta go deeper. It's an imbalance waving tides when you think you can just go with only giving & expecting nothing in return. Tell me, why do you expect love & care; when you spread out the seeds of happiness and change in the air. Because you're a human, just like any other you can have needs too. You're lying to yourself if you think, it's not about giving/taking. Because it's always a balancing sheet. If you're giving something, at the same you're taking out something else. Maybe when your mother puts a loving hand on your head, you give a smile to her. Yeah, that's her need for satisfaction to see you happy. Or maybe the trees, which are giving you shelter now; they're wanting to be cared for as well. Then why are you putting the mantra of selfless shell? You gotta be needy for the sake of happiness, for the sake of living. That's why you are always giving & taking. No one is going without the flow of expectation. //
