Chapter 9: Proud Of You

Kirishima told the twins everything that happened, from villains coming out of the portal, a man with hands stuck on his face, and All Might fighting a monster with so much speed that they barely could see anything, how the students defended themselves and Aizawa breaking his whole body to protect Tsu.

Luckily the heroes got there and apprehended some of the villains, but the man with hands on his face, who seemed to be the leader escaped through the portals.

The twins stared at their friend in horror yet with admiration, they felt terrified of what their classmates went through, no wonder Mineta was panicking.

Luna and Lucas looked at each other for a moment, they understood how their classmates felt, even though it had been 8 years, the memories will always be there of that one summer, they still haven't forgiven themselves for it...they shook out of their thoughts before they would get lost in them and proceed to look at their friend.

Another feeling they felt was pride for their group because even though the experience was terrifying and it was their very first encounter with villains, they still tried to defend themselves and look for help.

'Seems like we're training and studying alongside strong future heroes, even if some of them are huge fucking idiots or full of anger issues,' thought Luna.

"Dios mío, I'm fucking glad you guys and Aizawa made it out okay, and damn Kiri you were basically in the fucking front lines with the other three dorks, and stood your ground? I'm fucking proud of you my dear friend," Luna said putting a hand on his shoulder.

The boy's face flushed just like the color of his hair, didn't expect the compliment at all but liked it very much. He smiled at the short curly-haired girl, "Thanks Luna, but you're giving me too much credit, is what any hero would do, wouldn't be very manly of me running away," he said giving a thumbs up.

"No seas tan obstinado, that's Bakugous job!" Luna let out a snort upon hearing her brother's observation.

"But yeah you're fucking right, wouldn't be manly running away, nice job man," Lucas said giving him also a thumbs up.

"Oi! What the fuck are you three doing over there?" said a very irritated Bakugou, who appear out of nowhere behind the three, mainly behind Luna, at least for Kirishima who kinda jump in surprise.

The twins just stared back at him, they knew he was near the vibration of the ground, the blond boy's steps could break the earth if he tried hard enough.

"We were just walking around, Boom Boom boy," said Luna cocking her head at him with a little smile.

"Did you come here to join us because you were lonely?" She teased, while the blond scowl started to depend with a low blush on his ear. Before he could say anything, Luna continued.

"Don't worry, Bakugou, we'll keep you company anytime you want," she said with a teasing smile while looking up at him, they both hadn't noticed just how close their faces suddenly got while she was speaking.

He gritted his teeth while snarling down at her, "I don't need fucking company, especially from an annoying short stack like you."

Luna gasped as her face started to flush, Lucas looked like he wanted to vomit, and Kiri looked between everyone worried that he may have to intervene in another elemental battle between Luna and Bakugou.

"Hijo de tu madre, don't fucking call her that while I'm around. Don't fucking need that mental image in my brain," said Lucas turning away.

"Shut it double extra", Bakugou said to Lucas still focusing on Luna, he found seeing that faint blush on her mocha skin kinda cute and fascinating.

"Jesus Christ...why were you looking for us? Did something happen?" Luna said while taking a step back noticing the closeness and went to stand with her brother, who put an arm around her shoulders.

"Aww Bakubro, you were searching for us? That's so kind of you," Kiri said putting an arm on Bakugou's shoulders while smiling brightly at him

Bakugou sneered and push his arm off, "I WASN'T LOOKING FOR ANY OF YOU DUMBASSES" he yelled while starting to walk away.

The other three were used to his screams by now so they didn't say anything

He looked back at them, "You three coming or what?! The cafeteria is in the other direction idiots." He said annoyed and continued walking.

The three of them looked at each other, Kirishima smiled at them, Luna was holding in a giggle and Lucas just wanted to forget ever hearing his sister being called short stack, quickly they all proceeded to follow Bakugou, and passed by a kid with purple hair and tired purple eyes.

The twins looked at each other in the eyes, 'He looks like a purple version of Aizawa and you can't change my mind' thought Lucas.

Luna nodded at him, 'I agree with you,' Luna thought.

Both nodded to each other again and continued following behind Kirishima and Bakugou as the blond kept bickering with Kirishima about something the twins weren't paying attention to.

Though looking at Kiri's laughing face, they could tell, he wasn't taking him seriously.

Even though lunch was uneventful, the twins felt as if their whole class was being watched by other students during the whole lunchtime, so they brushed it off. Maybe they're just being paranoid, is what they thought.
