A/N: Chapter 27, let's go!!! I'm on a roll right now!!! I can't believe this story is coming to an end, but I'm most happy to see this story progress!!

(Siera's POV-Tree of Souls)

I look up and I see that the entire Omatikaya clan is gathered around the Tree of Souls, Alex and I side by side. We look up as Jake walks up with Neytiri at his side and holding Grace's human body, while Norm walks up with Grace's Avatar. Jake looks down at Grace.

"Look where we are, Grace." He says to her. Grace seems to open her eyes as she looks up at the Tree of Souls.

"I need to take some samples." She says in awe. Jake just chuckles as he and Norm set Grace's human body and Avatar body down in respective spots near Mo'at and the Tree of Souls. I watch in awe as little tendrils attach to Grace's bodies.

"The Great Mother may choose to save all that she is in this body," Mo'at explains. Jake looks down then back up at Mo'at.

"Is that possible?" He asks. Mo'at looks up at him.

"She must pass through the Eye of Eywa and return," she answers. "But, Jakesully, she is very weak." Jake and I look at each other in worry. We then turn back to Grace. I blink as I then start praying to Eywa. Alex does the same, his arm on mine.

"Hold on, Grace," Jake says as he hovers over Grace's human body. "They're gonna fix you up." I then prepare to chant with the rest of the clan in Na'vi.

"Hear us please, All Mother," Mo'at starts out.

"Eywa, help her." The clan chants.

"Take this spirit into you..."

"Eywa, help her."

"...and breathe her back to us."

"Eywa, help her."

"Let her walk among us..."

"Eywa, help her."

"...as one of The People." The chants get louder as Mo'at continues chanting, I can see that Jake is watching the clan as he waits by Grace's human body. Mo'at's chanting gets so loud it resonates and rings in my ears until it stops, and Mo'at then says,

"It is finished." Grace then holds out her hand to Jake.

"Jake..." she says weakly. Jake rushes to her side, taking her hand.

"Grace," he says to her.

"I'm with her, Jake," Grace says as she is smiling. "She's real!" Her vision starts to slowly fade, and I can sense something's wrong. I sensed it earlier when I had hooked my queue to the Tree of Souls to join in the chant.

"Grace," Jake says. "Grace, please. Grace. What's happening? What's happening?" I can still sense it and then something happens. I feel....disconnected. No.

"Grace," Jake says, still holding Grace's hand. "Grace." He then turns his head, and Alex and I follow his gaze as we see the bioluminescent lights from the roots start to fade from the Tree of Souls.

"What's happening?" Jake asks again, going over to Mo'at and Grace's Avatar. "Did it work?"

"Her wounds were too great," Mo'at answers. "It was not enough time. She is with Eywa now." I shake my head in disbelief, tears streaming from my eyes.

"No, Grace..." I whisper. Alex just takes my hand and gives it a squeeze as I then watch Neytiri take the rebreather off of Grace's face and sets it down, touching the side of her human face in mourning and grief.

A/N: No, Grace!!! Sorry, I cried during this scene!!! Like I was crying when she died!!! Well, onto the battle!!!
