Driving down the road inside a truck with Eve behind the wheel, Connor looked out the window as he recently learned that he was a clone made up of the DNA of two separate people; one of recently dead Superman..a man capable of amazing feats of power and morality and the other man was a genius yet sociopath who went by the name of Lex Luthor

He didn't know how to react about all of this new information, how could he? He was just another lab experiment that was probably going to be used to take down an entire city or country at some point but now he was on the run because of what he was

Connor looks away from the window as he turns and asks Eve

"Was it your idea to make me?"

He was genuinely curious to know why he was created other than the fact to be used as a possible weapon

Eve:I have a PhD in genetics, I was hired by Lex Corp to study the theoretical possibilities of cross species cloning

She turns back to Connor seeing that he didn't quite grasp the answer he was looking for

Eve:I came up with the plan to make someone like you but I never excepted for them to actually do it

Connor didn't if he should feel hurt or just offended by that because it sounded like he was just a coincidental mistake

"So..making me was wrong? Is that what you're saying?"

Eve shakes her head 'no' as she sees that she did hurt Connor's feelings

Eve:No no, I mean there's no such as a bad scientific experiment--I mean take nuclear fission

A wave of knowledge rushed through Connor's mind as he answered back to Eve with the answer

"Nuclear fission is a form of elemental transmutation in which the nucleus of an atom spilts into two or more smaller nuclei, the by products include free neutrons, photons in the form of gamma rays and other nuclear fragments such as alpha and beta particles"

Eve grips the steering wheel tightens as she looks at Connor with her eyes widened

Eve:How did you do that?

Connor feels Krypto lay his head onto his right shoulder as he remembers what Eve said about Lex being a genius

"You said that Lex Luthor was smart right? Maybe some of his knowledge was passed down onto me?"

Eve takes a second and realizes that Connor is right

Eve:It's not just memories..you have epigenetic knowledge, some of the things your fathers knew..your going to know too

Connor did remember getting vague memories of him being on a farm which led him to meet Martha, so that did make alot more sense why he felt to go there instead

Eve:That's incredible! *chuckles* but when I found out what they were doing in Lex Corp, that they were developing you..I stayed. I could've left but I stayed..I decided that I was going to be the one moral decent human being still involved

But the look on Eve's face said otherwise..Connor could see the hesitation seeping through her but ultimately just nodded his head and went back to looking out of the window as Eve continued to drive

After driving for awhile, Eve decided it was best that they stop and rest for the night as she had gotten to a motel that had a surprisingly nice bar just across the street, obviously she had gotten them separate rooms and Connor wasn't really against it
