"Uh_oh."
"That can't be good..."
"Ohmigosh, humans. Be cool."
A red carpet was being lifted by two of the employees, who appeared right after their probable-owner-of-this-luxurious-place along with more, surrounding the woman. It rolled down all the way from the elevator to the entrance of the lobby under the perplexed eyes of the siblings. Then, for the final act of this dramatic entrance, the purple skin woman sat still in the arms of two more bellhop guys, being carried like a royal queen to her subject.
Does every average person who owns a famous place often ostentatious like that? Eli wondered in her thought while crossing her arms and observing the woman jump off the men's arms.
"Well," She started, her voice soft and delightful. Yet there might be something else hiding behind her back through the way she spoke and her body language. And Eli could sense it, somehow. "You turn my hotel into quite a fizzy-winkle."
"You sure that was us?" Raph, being the one speaking for the family, had come to the conclusion that he should be the one who gets all of them out of this mayhem. "I tell you what, we totally human exterminators will wave our usual fee and–"
"Don't fret." Said the woman, putting off the red's fabricated excuse. "My people will sort out this crackadoo."
Had the woman clapped her hands, more employees with the same faces popped out from every corner of the lobby. They instantly swept up everything that seemed to be dirty or had been knocked out by the mad bull mutant from earlier.
"Well, since you have this under control," Continued the nervous snapping turtle as he was about to leave the place, not wanting to cause any more unnecessary trouble. "We'll be heading back to our human office like humans do."
"No need for film-flam." Chuckled the woman, being the reassured one. "You're amongst your own kind."
She clapped her hands once more, as all of the employees who resident here simultaneously clicked on the likewise designed pins on their chests, transforming from humans with identical faces, to animals that evolved radically differently.
"Whoa!" Mikey cried out rather surprisingly whilst he turned off his protective suit. The same went with the others, all have similar expressions on their faces. "Mutants work here?"
"Mutant? What strange words you use." The woman half-covered her mouth, not seeming to be bothered by the fourth older's choices of words. "We prefer to call ourselves 'Yokai'."
"Yokai?" Eli spoke up, curiously before another new knowledge she received. "Is that...even a word to begin with?"
"Why of course, little one." Giggled the strange woman. "An ancient word from Japan, that's where our kinds originated from."
Then she gracefully walked up to the gang with her hand motioning to where Eli was on her feet. "And who might you be, sweet child? Your appearance is way more distinct than these gentleturtles standing beside you."
"A part of the gang. Or a part of the...family, you can say," The four brothers all shared a look back at their youngest, who was quite nervously responding to the woman with a smallish smile of hers.
Mikey quietly gave his youngest a pad on her shoulder, a sign of comfort for her small accomplishment.
"Hm, what an interesting outcome..." She mumbled to herself, but it was intentionally loud enough for the turtles and the human to hear. "Come, I'll give you the grand tour."
The woman turned around and gestured for her guesses to follow close ahead. "Your human sister can tag along, if she would like to."
Eli also quietly nodded her head, proceeding to follow along with her brothers into the unknown deep inside the hotel.
