Rook Hunt

- After three days, Gymnasium -

The Gymnasium is louder than usual as the VDC audition is closer than before. Carla is getting annoyed by the noise, she prefers the other cats along with Deuce and Ace's noises. (Name) is having interviews about how'll the upcoming VDC will go, along with promotions of products for her to model with. Of course, she declined it for safety precautions, you never know what's gonna happen...

     "The gymnasium is crowded today. Looks like all of them are practicing for the VDC," Ace commented as he looked at his schoolmates. "They're probably like you guys," Carla stated as she held their boom box. "THEY'RE PROBABLY AFTER THE PRIZE MONEY! NO ONE CAN STEAL MY TUNA CANS!" Grim yelled, earning stares from everyone.

     "I don't think they're into the promotional invites and professional debuts than the prize money. (Name)-san did say that the prize money is just a bonus," Jamil told Grim, who exhaled in relief. "Professional Debut, huh... No wonder they look like they're practicing like their life is on the line," Deuce laughed lightly.

     "Don't feel down because of it," Jamil pitied the blue-haired first year. He patted his head, "It'll affect your practice. Besides, your skills improved not unlike the wild elephant days," he acknowledged their improvement.

     Kalim clapped his hands, "True! Not only that your singing got better than before! You guys don't sing as if you're getting choked by someone," He congratulated them. He patted Jamil's shoulder, "This is all thanks to your singing and dancing lessons, Jamil! You all did great, too! So, why not try to start from the top to check if we can audition?"

- Colosseum, Purple Stage -

     "There's a lot of people outside wanting to meet (Name)," Crewel said, staring from the gate to look at the flashing lights of the camera. (Name) was hiding under Crewel's coat to hide her under the public's eye, "We can't continue practicing if they kept doing that every single hour," he sighed.

     "Why not go inside the school, so they won't bother the Princess?" Lector suggested. "Speaking of school, I wanna talk to Leona-senpai. He said he has additional documents for me," (Name) told Frosch and Lector.

     "What documents are you talking about Princess?" Crewel asked. "Something related to the school project," she smoothly lied while grinning at the Professor.  "It better be," he glared at her.

Crewel has no idea about her grandfather being in this world, to keep others from gossiping about it. She knew that the Headmaster is her grandfather, but how can she prove it? He has bits of memories with Lucy, but he can't her face. He doesn't even recognize the last name "Heartfilia", which only proves Lucy did something in this world to forget her...

- Gymnasium - 

     "Alright, that feels great! We didn't miss a step or a lyric!" Deuce fist-bumped into Ace. "Same! I didn't step on my tail this time!" Grim cheered while running around the area. "Thanks a lot, Jamil-senpai and Kalim-senpai! I can't believe you helped us improve!" Ace bowed at their two seniors.

     "Jamil is a great teacher, for real~! He's very reliable and never fails to make sure I'll pass any tests by helping me!" Kalim agreed as he nodded at their juniors' praise. Jamil coughed, "Enough talking about me. I've taught all of you until the best I could do, so what's left is for you to practice on your own until the auditions," he announced.

     "Yeah, you guys will be our rivals now," Carla said while shaking Kalim's hands. "Yep! I'll still pray for you guys, don't worry!" The dorm leader of Scarabia assured. "That's right. We don't plan to lose against you guys," Jamil chuckled.
