"So, Tifa, I think we have a session. Am I right?"

"Yes. Indeed. Blaine, thank you for the kind words."

"Anytime. Now, I'll be leaving you two to your devices. Until we meet again."  Blaine said before departing.

"Shall we?" Nora asked.

"Yes. Lead the way." Tifa said.

As they walked to their destination, Tifa noticed that Nora had quite a pep in her step.

"If I didn't know better, I'd think that you were excited."

"Ha. Sorta." Nora admitted. "It's just that I'm kind of stressed right now and I'd love to relieve some tension. Nothing like the great outdoors, right?"

"True that."

The course was already set up by Tifa, so no time was wasted getting into action. Tifa had decided to up the ante, making the course more physically strenuous than it had been the last time Nora had had training. Though, to Tifa's surprise, the added hurdles didn't faze Nora. She was right about having to relieve some stress, because Nora's was focused, driven, and aggressive - climbing, jumping, and swinging about with ferocity.

"You weren't kidding about relieving some stress, were you?" Tifa asked Nora, who was bent over, hands on knees, catching her breath.

"Ha. No. I wasn't. How am I doing?"

"Great! Better than that actually. You're going through this obstacle course faster than I anticipated."

"Oh really? Does that mean we will be ending earlier today?"

"By no means." Tifa laughed.  "I always prepare for any scenario. I have a back up plan, don't you worry."

"This helps me keep my mind off of things."

"Alrighty, we'll get back to it."

So laps were ran and push ups done. Nora was making much better time than she had previously and she completed the routine sooner than anticipated.

Nora fell to the ground taking deep breaths as the momentum dissipated.

"Good job. So, I'm going to clear the field and get my new gear. You rest up here for a bit.

Tifa packing up their materials and had the staff take it to the supply closet. Tifa took a bag that she had kept to the side and brought it to where Nora was still lying on the ground.

"Attention, solider."

Nora peeked at Tifa through one eye.

"It's time?"

"It is. Up and at 'em."

Nora groaned, but rose up regardless.

"What now?" Nora grumbled, stretching out her sore limbs.

"Now, we are going to practice some hand to hand combat."

"Really?"

"Yes, indeed. I have here, in my bag,  a pair of boxing gloves for you, so I want you to put them on." Tifa said, handing Nora blue boxing gloves.

"How's the fit?" Tifa asked, as she rummaged through her bag.

"They fit well. Am I gonna be landing blows on you?"

"Not the point of this exercise, no." Tifa straightened up. "I'm just going to teach you a couple of defensive and offensive tactics that you can use if you ever find yourself face to face with trouble. Since, you're unable to change, it would be handy if you could defend yourself with your human form."
