13. If the whole world was watching I'd still dance with you

Jungkook nodded. Moving on the path he moved you two towards the backyard, into a simple maze like garden with giant walls.

In the centre of it was a fountain where you jumped off his lap and twirled

In the centre of it was a fountain where you jumped off his lap and twirled. "It's comfy." Your cheeks were colored red from the amount of liquor you drank. You kicked off your heels and climbed on the rim of the fountain that wasn't too broad for walking.

"Careful, you might fall." He warned you with an opened palm. You skipped steps on it, twirling and dancing like a water fairy.

"I wanna dance. Let's do it." You again jumped down and strolled to him. Giving no damn about his privacy you shoved your hands in his pockets searching your phone. His eyes widened when you pushed it in his backpocket.

God, he was blushing hard. "Yah! Hands off, h-how could you-"

"Found it!" You fisted it out of his backpocket and flicked it.

Opening a playlist you played your favorite song. 'This town' started playing and so did you spread the arms inhaling and spinning as you close it. It was just you doing pouncing around in a mixture of ballet circles and mimicking like an idol.

Jungkook couldn't hold himself from chuckling. "She's crazy." He smiled but somewhere deep in his mind he was picturizing your every grace like an embroidery to his heart. He was just as crazy as you.

The difference was you been drunk for real and he was drunk on his emotions.

There's a chance that humans could fall in true love for more than thousand time. It starts with your mother and ends on the lover.

Since he never had saw his mother his first live was you and the last too. Does the path dependent dates and relationship matters? He was again falling in love. He was starting over.

He took out his phone and clicked a photo of you smiling when a butterfly sat on your nose. You sneezed and partially fell into the fountain water, falling on your face. He looked at the image and smiled. Rubbing his thumb on the screen where your face was he mumbled,"We're 99% enemies but that dann 1% love is so dominant that it makes me crazy for you. I hope. I wish. I pray. I desire to be forgiven if it could give me a second chance to make it right."

Suddenly he was pulled forward. You pulled onto his arm and then held both of his hand after he slipped his device inside the pocket. "Come on, dude! I ain't leaving a homie like you sitting alone. Let it out."

"Y-Y/N, I'm-"

"Shush!" Placing a finger on his lips you said," You're fine. You're as okay as anyone could ever be." Jungkook felt a shiver run down his spine when you stared into his eyes with profound love. Did you not remember the things he did to you? Certainly not. He became selfish. He wanted this moment to last more. "Don't look down upon yourself and let me take care of you."

Placing his hands on your shoulder you lifted his. You were now half sober. You were able to remember this but also half drunk to not stop yourself.

There's a saying.
They say never let a man touch you, not because they'll take advantage but because their touch could be addictive and you'll face a hard time to overcome it.

Same dilemma was in your head. Your brain wanted to think rational but heart had it's own stupid terms and conditions of sanity. If you listened to logic then your emotions would had rode a ride of storm but if you chose heart you'd still trip into trouble.

So for the time being you wanted it to last long. Just a little more.

A little more before it vanish.

"Y/N, I'll fall." Jungkook wrapped his hands around your neck although he was few inches taller than you. He was afraid of dropping down and not having energy to crawl back to his wheelchair.

He knew that trusting a drunk person was like sucking a rock but he didn't cared. He trusted you with his life. Even if it costs one. He would accept it because he knew he deserved the karma.

You wrapped the arms around his waist, feeling the warmth radiating from him and smiled. "All of that gym is paying off. I won't be able to walk you around but let's just stand our way to make it a little memorable."

He facepalmed himself. How could he fall for your words? His life was at sake and you won't be held responsible for it. Yet when he felt your fingers intertwined with his one hand, extended in right and the other hand on his back he couldn't ask for more, emotionally.

Physically, he was in middle of an orchestra.

Mentally, he danced with you on the tunes of music that kept you both engaged in each other's arm, finding the lost home.

Even if it was a subconscious practice.

"If the whole world was watching I'd still dance with you."
