The next day I'm up at 5:00 am excited to bring some mafia men into the station. The fun thing is, they originally hate the FBI because we're always on their asses.

Now they get the inside scoop, and as much as this is a bad idea. If they do anything they know Jade would be upset, they wouldn't do anything to hurt her. So we're holding that against them.

Surprisingly when I get downstairs and go into the kitchen Alessio and all his sons, including his son in law Chris are there.  Each in crispy black suits, unlike my navy one.

Are those hand fucking tailored?

They all awkwardly look towards me, we haven't been alone in a room without Jade since Italy.  Now I'm suddenly nervous since it's six against one.

I grab my gun and badge that's safely locked away and turn to them.  "You guys have your guns?" I ask.

They all nod, "hand them over." I put out my hand.

James eyebrow raises questioningly, "and why would we do that officer?" He says mockingly.

The corner of my mouth lifts. "Do you have permits for those guns?" I ask knowing full well that none of them have legal guns in their "business."

Chris hands his over first, I know then he'll be the easiest to handle.  Everyone follows soon after but James is very reluctant, he takes his time handing it over and when he does he gives me a threatening look.  I only smirk grabbing his gun and lock then all up.

We take separate cars to the station and when we all walk in Derek swivels around his chair breaking into a laugh.  He slaps his knee, "holy shit, Alessio Romano, you fucker."

Alessio only glares at him in reply, I look between them. "You know each other?" I ask taking a seat at my desk.

"I was stationed in Italy for a while." Derek smirks, "took Mr. Romano in for some questioning one day, he didn't like that too much."

I laugh shaking my head and then the station doors burst open. Indira Hughes storming in.

She slams a zip loc back on my desk with a note inside, I take a look at it. It's another note from her stalker apparently.

She points at it, "I'm sick of it, I'm going to dye my hair back today."

I stand taking her shoulders in my hands, "no because that's exactly what he wants."

She sighs and then plops down into my rolling chair, spinning herself. When she stops she finally notices the 6 unusually men watching us.

"Who are these guys?" She asks cocking an eyebrow.

I'm able to come up with a lie easily, it's technically not a huge lie. "I brought them in to help with your case."

The next hour we catch my in laws up.  They throw out ideas, rather illegal and stupid ideas but at least they're trying.

I happen to notice James eyeing Indira the whole time, very interested I will say.

When everyone exits the board room I close the door before James can leave and look him dead in the eye.

He looks at me questioningly, "something wrong officer?"

I lean back against the door crossing my arms, "I would say so, leave Indira alone, yes? Keep your eyes off and hands away."

He just laughs, "I don't know what you mean, what's your infatuation with her anyway? Must I tell Jade already, that her husband is a dipshit no good."

I tense, I don't take kindly to people threatening Jade and I. "She's young, she reminds me of Sophie. The best thing you can do is stay away and let her already chaotic life calm down."

He tenses, "I won't touch her," his eyes then narrow. "But you won't either, I know where to get more guns and I know how to use them."

I step up to him, we're almost the same height. Perhaps he has a couple Millimetres on me. "If you think I'm cheating on Jade then you don't know her or I at all. But then again, I guess you don't, having been out of her life for so long."

His jaw clenches, I've definitely hit a nerve. "Stay here, calm down," I command and look down at his clothed dick then back up at his face, "and I mean every where."

He backs up rolling his neck and sits down in a chair beside the table. Deep down he knows I'm right, he has an infatuation with Miss Hughes and I don't need him causing problems right now.

Indira's stalker wouldn't take kindly knowing another man wants what is "his." She isn't his of course but I would rather save the many lives he might take if angered.

I sigh closing the door behind me and head towards the rest of the group. God this is going to be a long day.
