Dear Dead Marie
Is it everything you thought it would be
Did the gates open wide to welcome you in
with soothing music of harp and violin
Did angels thank you for going to mass
where you chose a pew and plopped on your ass
or did someone sit you down and try to explain
the important thing is to be humane
