Arylie - a family is born Part 1

Let's make a deal

The doctor operated on imlie and met the family after 4 hours. Hours that felt as long as an eternity for Aryan, he was paralyzed in fear over losing his jungli and knew that if something were to happen to the baby, Imlie and him would be devasted. The doctor explained to the family that Imlie and her baby were doing OK for now, imlies condition was serious and she needed a lot of care physically and emotionally in her pregnancy. The baby's growth was slower than average which was a result of Imlies coma and the emotional stress she was under. Imlie needed stability in her life and needed to be surrounded by people who would care for her and love her.

Aryan held Mithi's hand and said he wanted Imlie back in his life at any cost, he told her that he never intended to marry Malini and was only lying about it so he could get imlie to accept their love. Mithi forgave Aryan and then sat him down with rest of the family. She told them that she had an idea but would need their support in her plan to bring Imlie to a place where she could forgive Aryan and recognize the love she felt for him. The family listened to Mithis plan intently and agreed to participate. Aryan was grateful for Mithis support and promised her to act according to her plans. Mithi claimed that she knows her daughter very well and she will not return to Aryan until he forces her to.

Imlie woke up in the hospital the next day and was relieved to know that her baby was fine. Mithi gave her some fruits and informed that they would be discharged by the evening. Aryan then entered the room and asked Amma to give them some privacy, this irked Imlie but she obliged.

Aryan- " imlie I'm sorry for blaming and hurting you, I know you will never believe me but my heart, my mind and my entire existence is only because of you! "

Imlie- " it's too late for this Aryan , my decision is made, I am very tired of fighting and proving my truthfulness to the world, I just want to be left alone with Chini and MY BABY"

Aryan- " you mean OUR BABY!"

Imlie was stunned at this declaration from Aryan and didn't bother denying it, she protectively place her hands over her tummy and looked away from Aryan in silence.

Aryan-" imlie I can imagine why you chose to hide this from me and I don't blame you for this, you deserve to be happy and lead your life however you want to but I have a right on this baby too "

Imlie- " you have NO RIGHTS here Aryan you have lost me and this child, I will file for an official divorce and fight in court for my baby's custody if I have to but I will not let you use this baby to return in my life"

Aryan was shocked at hearing Imlies words , he wanted to cry and fall to his feet but held strong and decided to follow through with Ammas plan.

Aryan- " you don't have to go to the court Imlie, I am ready to let go of all my rights on you BUT" Aryan felt silent and tried to look away from imlie for a minute.

Imlie- " but what Aryan, just say it!"

Aryan-" you will have to accept my 3 conditions"

Imlie- "I can't believe you have stooped so low and would ever demand for such things from me , but I'm not afraid OF you Mr Aryan Singh Rathod, tell me what are your conditions"

Aryan - he hid a tear falling from his eyes and spoke in a grave voice " condition number one- you will stay at the Rathod mansion until you deliver the baby and will not stop the family AND him from taking her care"

Imlie scoffed at this suggestion and thought that this is a transparent attempt to get back into her life, she agreed to this condition but demanded that Amma and Chini would also stay with her and she has the right to distance herself from Aryan if he makes her uncomfortable. Aryan agreed to her counter demands by shaking his head in silence.

Aryan-" condition no. 2 - she would join Bhaskar times again and would accompany him to the office like olden days and the last condition- imlie would let Aryan meet the child from time to time and let them have a father- child relationship" Imlie agreed to these conditions, she liked working at Bhaskar times and was almost glad that her child would have a father in their life unlike her.

Imlie and Aryan shook hands to solidify there deal , just then Imlie winced in pain and Aryan panicked, she asked him to calm down as it was only the baby kicking and they were fine. Aryan was relieved and asked imlie if he could feel the baby. Imlie wanted to say no but couldn't break Aryan's heart, his eyes were fell of tears and face softened as he felt his child kick, he thanked imlie for agreeing to his conditions and left the room.
