In the elevator its me, Alex, Arthur, and Carley. Mom was gonna try to fit in but my wheelchair took up a lot of space
"Fuck" i said rubbing my head after remembering that all the cars don't have easy access to getting in.
"What?" Carley asked looking at me
"I just remember that all the cars we have all have difficult ways of getting into the car" I said sighing
"Oh don't worry about that coz. Aunt Steph already got on that" Alex said smiling
"What do you mean?" I asked concerned now
"Don't worry" Arthur said putting his hand on my shoulder
"Hmm" I said
The elevator ding for the first floor of the hospital. I rolled out of the elevator but then Carley grabbed the two handles to hold onto me.
"You know I can do it myself" I said with my arms crossed
"Stop being stubborn and let me help you" She said smacking my shoulder
"Whatever" I said with my arms crossed
We waited for my mom to come. Since they said she's taking me home
Once she finally comes out of the elevator she sees us near the front and walks over.
"Sorry it took so long. A lot of people were on most of the elevators" My mom said once catching up to us
"It's fine mom. But in the elevator I thought of a problem I'm gonna have" i said
"And whats the problem?" She asked me
"All the cars we have all have difficult ways of getting into the car" I said to her
"Right well I have that cover so don't worry" She said kissing my head in a mother way
"Told you Eric. Aunt Stephanie got it under control" Alex said
"Now I will be right back with the car. So Carley can you stay with him?" My mom asked my girlfriend
"Yeah of course" Carley said with a smile
"Alright I will be right back. Alex wanna go get your car too?" She asked my cousin
"Yeah. I'll be back Arthur and Carley" Alex said going with my mom to the parking area
"Hey Eric wanna hear a joke?" Arthur asked
"Idk Arthur do I?" I asked him with an annoyed look.
"Eh I'll tell it anyways" He said. "Alright ready?" He asked me
"I guess" I said shrugging my shoulders
"Alright knock knock" He said to me
"Who's there?" I asked
"Aren't you?" He asked
"Aren't you who?" I asked him annoyed
"Aren't you glad you didn't die" He said then laughed
Carley and I just look at him
"Too soon?" He asked after looking at us
"You think?" I asked him
"Ok, ok i got another one" He said
"No. No more Arthur" Carley said
"Fine. I was only trying to make the time go faster" He said with his arms crossed
"Arthur you made a joke about me not dying. How is that funny?" I asked my cousin
"I don't know" He said shrugging
