[Colle's POV]
That image of him... it still haunts me.
What he did to everyone, including what he did to Seer in his final moments... it's burned into my mind. I could never forget the pained and despaired expressions on their faces as they faded away.
Not to mention my own last moments before I had to make that deal... that terrible deal, the reason I came here, so I wouldn't turn into one of them.
...And I still have to face him here, whenever those guys that are the World Below's parallels attack. It may not be the one I know, but... it still stings. The fact that I can never escape his memory is almost torturing.
At least I've been adjusting well to this new world, even gaining some of the power that the Steves here normally have... who knew near invincibility could be so common somewhere?
