Louis’s POV

“We’re going to get going Lou.” I heard someone call from behind me. I released my grip on Eleanor and turned around to see my Mum standing with Mark and the girls at her side. I nodded and handed my drink to my girlfriend so I could say goodbye to my family. They would be leaving tomorrow along with our girlfriends and the other lad’s families, so I would say an official goodbye to them then.

“Thank you all for everything.” I said pulling my mother into a tight embrace and feeling my sisters wrap their arms around the two of us. I shifted and managed to hug all of them telling them I’ll see them tomorrow before they made their way outside.

It had been two hours since the end of the concert and we were currently enjoying a little after party with our families, girlfriends, and a few other people.  Taylor of course had been all over Harry, but after a few drinks, I found it easier to ignore the annoying couple.

Once my family disappeared out of sight I turned around, heading over to where Liam stood with his sisters and Danielle. Hadn’t really spoken to him much since the end of the concert.

“Hey Lou, what’s up?” Liam turned to me, noticing my presence. He had a wide smile on his face while his arm was hooked around Danielle’s side as they broke out of their conversation with Ruth and Nicola to talk to Louis as the two Payne sisters headed towards Gemma.

“Nothing much, just wanting to see how you were enjoying yourself.” I said with a carefree smile. Liam chuckled.

“I’m doing just fine, you don’t have to check up on me to see if I’m having fun.” He told me. I gave a shrug.

“I’m not checking up on you. I just haven’t really said much to you since the concert was over and I wanted to say hello. Is that a problem, Mr. Payne?” I questioned him playfully. He gave another laugh and tightened his grip on his girlfriend as she leaned into him with a giggle.

“Of course not Tommo.”

The three of us made easy conversation for the next few minutes, just bantering about nothing and enjoying ourselves like we were supposed to be. I was caught off guard when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist randomly. I lifted my arms up and looked down, figuring that Eleanor had snuck up on me, even though she normally doesn’t hug me from behind like this. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion when I saw that they weren’t her small arms or hands. I shifted in the persons grip and looked over my shoulder at them. I couldn’t help but notice the little stutter my heart did when my eyes locked with the familiar emerald gaze.

“Looouuueeeeehhh!!!!’ Harry cheered. I chuckled and turned around fully in his grasp, my body still pressed against him. I swallowed, my throat suddenly feeling a bit dry at feeling his body heat against me. I tried to ignore the fact that my heart still hadn’t returned to beating at a normal pace. I know I was a little tipsy, but where the hell did this feeling come from?

“Hey Haz? What are you up to?” I asked him with a chuckle. Despite his care free actions I knew that Harry wasn’t completely wasted like some would think. I think whatever alcohol he had consumed had just brought out a bit of his crazy self, but this him wasn’t something I had seen in a while.

He let out a long breath and I felt my cheeks hit up as the puff of air tickled my face. I blinked a few times and tried to focus on his gaze.

“Got bored, wanted to see what you were up to.” He shrugged, still not releasing me from his grip.

“So you come over and hug me from behind? I thought you were my girlfriend.” I snickered. I couldn’t help but notice the slight, dark, flash, that passed through his green eyes for a moment when I mentioned my girlfriend, but he covered it up nicely shrugging his shoulders again quickly and hugging onto me a bit tighter.
