A couple of days have passed and so much has happened.
Scott has freed Stiles of the Nogitsune's possession, however it sent out flies to control Derek, Isaac and the twins and make them violent until the flies were removed, and the the Nogitsune kidnapped Lydia.
Derek had been out looking for Lydia, but came across bullet shells that lead him to an injured Ethan and Aiden.
He realized the twins were poisoned by wolfsbane and took them back to his loft to heal them, calling Argent and Bella for help.
Bella opened the loft door, allowing Derek and Argent, each carrying a twin to walk in and put them on the couch, to let them rest. (Her outfit)

Derek walked over to Argent while Bella tended to the twins. "I found these on the ground" Derek says, pulling a couple of bullet shells out of his pocket and hands them to the former hunter. "This wasn't Araya, was it?" Argent asks, examining the shells. "I don't think so. They don't look like her shells" Derek replies.
Shock, realization and disbelief took over Argent as he looked at the shells. "That's not possible" He whispers, making the werewolf give him a questioning look, wondering who he thinks the shells belong to.
Before he can ask, Argent's phone starts ringing and he answers it. "Allison?" He instantly asks. "They found her. Scott found her, Dad. They found Lydia. I'm on my way" Allison informs her Dad, frantically. "Allison, hold on. You have to wait" Argent tells her. "I can't, Dad" She argues. "Allison, wait for me" The former hunter continues to protest. "There's no time. It's all ready night. There's no time, Dad" Allison argues again. "Wait, Allison, wait!" Argent tries to stop her, but she hung up. "I need to go" He tells Derek, running out of the loft.
