Love At First Sight

Chapter 6

ZANE P.O.V~

It has been a few days since Sensei Wu and Nya fixed Cole up. I was really worried about him. All of us were in the living room. Nya was in the control room and Sensei Wu was in his room.

"When do you think Cole is going to wake up." Lloyd asked.

"I don't know." Kai said. "None of us know."

"I hope he wakes up soon." I said.

ROPER P.O.V.~

"You did a good job. You and your army." Said Master Cullen. "I am very impressed with you, as always."

"Thank you Sir. I would never let you down." I looked into his purple eyes. They had a mysterious look to them. I always liked that about him.

"What do we do now sir."

"We wait for a few days, then we will attack again. I am also looking forward to seeing how the black ninja is doing."

"Sir?" I said.

"Yes Roper?" He looks back over at me.

"The black ninja's name is Cole."

"Ahh. Thank you for telling me that Roper. Now we know the name of the leader. Good job."

"Thank you Sir."

SENSEI WU P.O.V~

I am trying to figure out who this new army is. They are a very strong army. Stronger than I ever thought.

I was also a bit angry because they hurt one of my students. One of my students has never gotten hurt this badly. Why would they just hurt my student and then retreat. I doesn't make any sense to me.

While I was thinking, I heard a shuffling noise. I quickly get up and walk over to Cole.

"Cole?"

COLE P.O.V.~

I remember this one guy named Roper lifting up his sword and swinging down towards my chest. I am starting to wake up.

"Cole?" I heard someone say. I open my eyes very slowly and after a few moments I was able to get them fully open.

"Sensei?" I said. "Is that you?" My eyes were a bit blurry.

"Yes Cole. It's me."

After a few moments, I could see again. I was in some room. it looked like Sensei's room.

I start to sit up, but as I was I felt a very sharp pain course through me.

"OW!"

"Be careful." Said Sensei. "You are hurt very badly and need to be careful moving around. None of us want you to be hurt even more than you are now."

"Okay. Sorry Sensei."

"You do not need to be sorry."

I look down and see that I have bandages wrapped all around my chest and stomach. I also have a few bandages wrapped around my arms.

"It hurt a lot. How long was I out?"

"You were out for a few days. All of us are happy that you are still alive."

"I am too." I said. "Where is everybody?"

"They are in the living room and Nya is in the control room."

"Can we go out into the living room?"

"Yes we may."

After our conversation, Sensei Wu helped me got out of the bed slowly. It hurt very much and I had a little limp, but I went with it. I am happy that none of my brothers have gotten hurt like me, especially Zane.

ZANE P.O.V~

Lloyd and I were still in the living room while Jay and Kai were getting a snack from the kitchen. We never really talked that much because we were too worried about Cole.

I look over a Lloyd sitting next to me on the couch. He was looking down at his hands in his lap. He also looked sad. I don't blame him.

"I just want Cole to wake up." Said Lloyd.

"Ya me too."

As I said that, I heard footsteps in the hallway. I thought that it was Sensei or Nya, but I was half right.

It was Sensei Wu and Cole. My eyes become wide. I never expected Cole to wake up yet. I look over at Lloyd who had the same expression and out of the corner of my eye I could see Jay and Kai poking their heads out from the kitchen with wide eyes.

I look over at Sensei and Cole again and smiled the brightest smile I have ever done. I also felt tears running down my cheeks. Tears of joy.

"Cole!" I jump and ran over to him.

"Hi Zane. It's nice to see you again. All of you." Cole smiled at me. He also laughed a bit, which brightened up my day. I think that it brightened up everyone's day.

Cole let go of Sensei's shoulder.

"I think Zane can lead me to the couch." He said. I blushed a bit.

"Alright." Said Sensei. After, he started walking towards the kitchen where Jay and Kai were still shocked. Everyone was very happy.

(Time skip)

ZANE P.O.V~

"I'm so happy that you're okay." I said. I was sitting on my knees on the couch. Everyone else was in the kitchen making something.

"Me too. I'm glad that you didn't get hurt or anyone else."

I blushed when he said that he was glad that I was not hurt.

"I'm just so happy." I said. Tears started to stream down my face again. Cole's eyes went wide, but then they turned into affection.

"Hey." He said. "Don't cry. I'm alright."

He wiped the tears off my cheek then looked into my eyes. I looked back into his beautiful yellow eyes. I smiled with my eyes closed, tears still streaming down my cheek.

Cole then did something I would have never thought we would have done.

He hugged me, my face and arms in his chest. I blushed a very bright red. I cried even more.

"I'm okay." He said. "Don't worry."

I then pulled out my arms and hugged him back.
