Let's start with the story.
Karan and Umar reach office.
Umar had called his friend to office for the property issue.
His friend arrived.
All 3 were sitting in Karan cabin..
Karan gave him the property papers and he checked.
Lawyers name is anil.
Anil: so ur property is in Punjab.
Karan: yes. I want to sell it as soon as possible.
Anil: ok I will check the papers and tell u till evening. Also I have contacts with few agent in Punjab also they can help us with getting good customer and good deal.
Karan was happy to hear that.
Anil and Umar went from there and Karan resumed his work.
Here in cafe teju was not feeling well. She had a bad headache. So she told vidhi and then left for home.
Vidhi also gave her food to have in lunch and asked her to take medicine..
Teju nodded and left.
It was evening time.
Karan was doing his work when teju words rang in his ears and a smile came on his face. He thought of saying thank u to her for making his day better with such kind words.
Karan and Umar finished their work and left for home.
They were tired. So got fresh.
Umar made tea for both. They were sipping tea when Umar got a call from Anil.
Anil: is Karan with u.
Umar : yes. Let me put thr phone on speaker.
Karan: yes Anil tell me.
Anil: Karan have u ever checked the papers.
Karan : no actually I got these a gift from my dad.
Anil: u can't sell the property.
Karan: what the hell. And why so.
Anil: the property papers are on ur name but it also includes that this would be joint. In ur and ur wife name.
To sell the property both thr partner should be there. As u r not married this option is not..
Might be ur father wants to secure it for u and ur wife so he got this clause added. As this is added recently.
( this is ff. Pls don't use logic in it. I just wanted to include the marriage clause so)
Karan was shocked to hear that. He didn't knew about this at all.
Moreover getting married was not at all his agenda.
Umar: ok Anil thank u. We will think of something else.
Let it be.
They cut the call. Karan was speechless.
Umar: bro ab kya karenge. This option is also gone.
Karan: ha na. But why this stupid clause..
Umar: may be ur dad wants u to settle.
Karan didn't say anything and went to his room. He was very upset.
Umar can understand his feelings.
Karan didn't wanted to take help of his father.
Secondly he was not getting business loan as it was already going through loss.
Now the property also cannot be sold.
So there were not getting any option.
Soon it was dinner time.
Umar called Karan for dinner. They both went to cafe.
So that Karan ka mood thoda thik ho jaye.
Vidhi was there. She greeted them. Both sat on their table and ordered thir food.
After attending few customer, vidhi joined them.
Umar: u are alone today what happened. Where is teju.
Vidhi: she was not well so i asked her to go home.
Karan got bit worried so he asked what happened to her. Anything serious.
Vidhi: no no. She doesn't sleep properly and had a headache. So..
Umar: ok.
Vidhi: why are u both looking so tensed today. All ok.
Karan : ya ya. All ok.
Umar: kya all ok.
Nothing is ok here. So were tensed.
Karan: chod na Umar.
Vidhi: guys u can share may be i can help.
Umar told her everything.
Vidhi : ohh. This is a big problem.
I think u should speak to ur dad then. This option is only remaining.
Karan: I can't. He doesn't talk to me. Because of my ex he is very angry on me.
I tried lot of time to talk but he didn't..
Karan had tears thinking about his father.
He understand his father pov as well.
And doesn't blame him at all.
They had their dinner and then went to their respective homes.
Karan in his room was thinking about his past.
Here teju was feeling better now after taking rest. So she got up and called vidhi. Asked her when she will be home. Just then door bell rang and she came in.
Vidhi; how r u feeling now.
See I have got the food. Now we will eat and then u again rest.
Teju: ok. But I m not sleepy now. So we will talk and gossip.
Vidhi agreed. She went to get fresh and teju arrnanged thr food in plates.
She switched on the TV and they both have their food.
Teju: after I left all was ok na.
Vidhi: ha ha all ok.
Are I forgot to tell u that today their was one customer who wanted to order some food items in large quantities. He will come tomorrow so u pls talk to him.
Teju said ok.
As they are very famous for party orders as well.. And teju handled that department.
Both slept after discussion.
Next morning would bring something new for them.
Sorry for chotu part.
