Two days later
Aunt May got a hold of a lawyer.
???: So MacDonald Gargan has been wanted for three counts of murder, maybe more.
The lawyer puts down his walking stick and sits down.
Matt Murdock
Matt: This shouldn't be too hard, the police have evidence, I've been studying 'Mac' for a long time, and I'm sure the people that trust Spider-Man...
Matt faces you like he knows something.
Matt:...will be against Gargan.
Y/N: Great, thank you, Mr. Murdock.
Aunt May: Thank you, Matt.
Thirty minutes later
You're in your room and Matt enters, with a bag in his hand.
Matt: I understand that you take photos of Spider-Man, for the Daily Bugle. Have you gotten a chance to thank him?
Y/N: Oh uh... no, not really.
Matt: You would think since you are so close with him...
You start to get kinda freaked out and your heart starts to race.
Matt:...he would understand...
Matt's poking around with his walking stick and eventually pokes at the sealing to open a hatch dropping your Spider-Man suit.
Matt:...you.
You immediately take down the suit.
Matt: What was that?
Y/N: Uhhh... my uhh...
Matt: Spider-Man suit?
Y/N: Shush!
You close your door and lock it.
Y/N: How did you know!?!
Matt: I'm a really good lawyer.
