Shivaay took Anika in his car along with two other smart students but from advanced classes than hers. And she knew he gave the life time opportunity to every no. 1 student he teaches and apparently he teaches two other classes and she is the youngest and of course the less experienced.
And she couldn't help but notice that the boy and the girl with her don't look so happy that she will share this opportunity with them, she is so young yet Shivaay treat her equally!!!
They all cleaned up for the operation and the girl stood at the sink beside Anika's that in front of the OR
The girl sarcastically: you will be lucky if Doctor Shivaay allowed you to give him the scalpel, first year!!
Anika looked at her and her smirk and smiled faintly...
Anika: you are right, I will be so lucky, I already feel so lucky just being in the same OR with Doctor Shivaay
The girl frowned and Anika smiled faintly and thought that this poor girl doesn't know that she was just teasing a girl that lived almost her whole life with Ragini!!!
Shivaay came and used the next sink beside Anika and started to clean up as well
Shivaay: Doctor Anika cleanup for whole 10 minute not less a second, am I clear?
Anika: yes Doctor.
Shivaay: Doctor Mira of course; it's not your first time
Mira smiled proudly: no Doctor, its not
The boy stood beside Shivaay and started also to clean his hand
Shivaay: Doctor David, 10 minutes
David: yes Doctor (then he smiled) what the patient's case, Doctor?
Shivaay's eyes widened and looked at David angrily and Anika felt her knees weak seeing the scary look on Shivaay's face, she almost forgot how terrifying Shivaay can be
Shivaay: you should have read it before cleaning up (then he frowned deeper) Doctor, what is your patient's case??
David swallowed and shivered: its, ummm...
Shivaay: go home, Doctor
David: but sir...
Shivaay gritted on his teeth: go home Doctor; the patient won't wait for you to study his case; GO
David walked out and Shivaay looked at the two terrified girls
Shivaay angrily: did anyone of you read the file I gave you?
The two girls nodded while looking at him with terrified eyes
Shivaay: Doctor Anika, what is your patient's case?
Anika's eye widened and swallowed
Anika: it's....
Shivaay angrily: WHAT IS THE CASE, DOCTOR?
Anika's eyes crowded with tears looked down and exhale a deep breath; Shivaay frowned and shook his head in disappointment then looked away
Shivaay: go home, Doctor Anika
Mira smiled widely and Anika looked down; and Shivaay didn't look at Anika as he continued washing his hands
Shivaay: Mira?
Mira was about to open her lips but...
Anika: Atherosclerosis, sir
Shivaay turned looking at Anika quickly and Anika bowed head and said in low tone
