Later on we parked our boats to rest and think about how we were going to travel from here. We were now on land and close to a waterfall. The waterfall.
Aragorn and Ginli were arguing about what to do when we get on the water again. I held myself out of it, I was tired and my heart was beating faster than it had before. I knew why.

Legolas was looking curiously further into the woods. He walked to Aragorn.
"We should leave now," he said.
"No," Aragorn answered. "Orcs patrol the eastern shore. We must wait for cover of darkness."
"It is not the eastern shore that worries me," Legolas said, while looking over his shoulder. "The shadow and a threat has been growing in my mind. Something draws near. I can feel it."

Suddenly we noticed that Frodo was gone. And Boromir's stuff was laying on the ground. Aragorn went off to look for both of them. Unnoticed I followed him. Nobody was really paying attention to me at the moment anyway.

I wandered through the woods, while still secretly following Aragorn. He didn't see me. I watched as it happend.
The last conversation between Frodo and Aragorn, for now at least. Boromir and Frodo already had their fight. I actually pitied the Gondorian, because he was only under influence of the Ring, he didn't mean anything of the bad things he said.

"Would you take the ring?" Frodo held up his hand with the ring on his palm. Aragorn looked as if pulled to the ring at first, and walked towards Frodo. I stood hidden behind the pillar Frodo had fallen off.
Aragorn knelt and put his hand over Frodo's.
"I would have gone with you to the end," he said, slowly pushing Frodo's hand away from him. "Into the very fires of Mordor." He stood up and I ran towards them.
"Orcs are coming," I said. I looked at Frodo and knelt.
"Go," I said. "But wait for Sam by the boats. Don't go alone. And Sam would never forsake you anyway." Then I hugged him. I would not see the two Halflings for quite a long time.
"Good luck," I whispered. "Good luck to you and Sam."
"Thank you," he whispered back. I stood up again.
"Go," Aragorn said. The Orcs were coming.
"Now!" I said. Frodo ran and was soon out of sight.

I drew my sword and turned, were a big group of Uruk-Hai were waiting. Aragorn and I fought them, and Legolas and Gimli soon joined. I was worried and had the nervous feeling. Boromir was at the other side with Merry and Pippin. These Uruk-Hai were larger and stronger, and harder to kill. The had also better armour. We had almost no armour at all, which was dangerous, but we knew that.
Not long after we killed some Uruks we heard a horn-sound.
"The horn of Gondor," Legolas said.
"Boromir!" Aragorn answered, and ran ahead of us. We ran after him, without a word, and killed the Uruks in our way. Aragorn was way faster, and I was earlier tired, but I didn't care. I ran.

Aragorn was already so far ahead that I couldn't see him anymore. I looked behind to see that Legolas and Gimli were far behind me. I turned back to focus again on fighting, when I felt an enormous pain hitting my stomach. The pain flowed through my whole body and I stood still immediately. I closed my eyes and slowly let a breath escape. I didn't need to see, to know what happend. I had been stabbed. I let my sword fall on the ground, opened my eyes and looked down on the dagger that was sticking out of my body. It was far in my stomach. It felt like I couldn't think straight anymore. Was I going to die? Tears crept up in my eyes from the huge pain and terrible thoughts. One tear escaped and fell down.

I looked up and saw that the Orc who had done this was already out of sight. I let myself fall to my knees and groaned. I took the knife with my right hand and took it out slowly, to aboid causing more damage. It hurt, but not as much as it did when it hit me. I groaned again and let it fall on the ground. Another tear fell down. I was dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out. I laid my right hand on my stomach, to make sure I wasn't bleeding more than I already was. For the first time I didn't know what to do. Boromir was going to die and me too. This wasn't good. I lifted my hand to see that it was wholly covered in blood.
