Chapter 19

Today was actually the best day to go since we were getting our summer holidays. Once I came home I got a very unexpected and good surprise. My brother finally came home. He had a company overseas and the last time I saw him was three years ago so you can see why I was excited to meet him again. And to top that off he looked so different . When he left he looked kinda nerdy but now he looked better.

I ran towards him and warped him in a tight hug, guess you could say I missed him a lot.

"Hey Scarlett, how have you been? ", Jackson asked.

"Good , you? ", I asked.

"I'm fine", he replied.

"You've changed a lot, what happened to your glasses?", I said.

"I got rid of them , got contacts instead , anyways you get your holidays today right? , so I'll take you and Jenny to a lot of different places ", he said.

I was excited ,until I realized I won't actually be here. I told Jackson everything and he was shocked as I was when I first found out.

"So mom knows about this?", he asked.

"Well about the magic and wolf part ,yes but about the practices and the rise of the dark no".

"But you gotta tell her if you are going today ", Jackson said.

"I know and maybe can you tell her , I'm going to be late", I said.

"No problem", he said and went into the kitchen.

I ran up the stairs and bumped into Jenny my younger sister.

"Scarlett , Jackson's home!", she said excitedly.

"I know I met him , now Jenny move I'm going to be late", I said and ran into my room.

I had packed my clothes in the morning thankfully so I just grabbed that bag along with my earphones and jacket and ran down the stairs . Mom and Jackson was waiting near the door. Mom bid me good bye and Jackson said that he will take me.

We stepped out and Jackson and I walked to his car. I was really surprised when I saw it was a Porsche 911 Turbo S.

"Omg this is awesome!", I yelled.

"Glad you like it sis, now come on", he said signaling me towards the car.

We drove away and I gave Jackson directions to get there. Once we arrived I saw the others and with Ryan and Heather , they had two cars with them. When me and Jackson stepped out all of their mouths dropped open.

"Wow a Porsche , and that's the most expensive Porsche out there too !", Nigel yelled.

Diana edged towards me and whispered in my ear, "Who is that, he's hot".

I looked at her with a look of disgust on my face, " That's my freaking brother", I said.

"What ! No way he looked so different when I last saw him", she said clearly surprised.

"I know , I was shocked too but now go back to Parker ", I said patting her on the back.

She glared at me and walked away. The boys were still fantasising over the Porsche.

"Our cars are good too ", Ryan said.

"A BMW 2020 Series 2 vs a Porsche 911 turbo S, its no competition about what's the best", Harvey said running his hand on the hood of the car.

"Come on let's go ", I said .

So we got into the cars, me , Summer, Oliver and Nigel in one with Ryan driving (since Diana and Sophie wanted to go with Harvey and Parker)

I waved one last goodbye to Jackson and slumped back in my seat. Hopefully we get to beat Veronica and restore peace.
