Somedays it feels like I might sink
Like everything is falling off the brink
No matter how hard I try
The thoughts continue to fly
I know who I want to be
But the destination I cannot guarantee
What am I doing wrong?
To whom do I really belong?
Feeling a little bit lost
My heart is running on exhaust
Can you save me once more again
Or will I always be chained
Please bring clarity to my mind
And a home in your love may I find
Am I fighting something greater than what I see
Or is this the mere result of what's inside me
Reorder the chaos of all I desire
And use your love to light a fire
One that cannot be quenched or put out
That burns to remind me of You whom I cannot live without
Let your love fill me and be my all
And at your feet daily I will fall
For I need you, I cannot live without you
So save my soul from sinking, let your mercy fall anew.
