The moment Ye Sui stretched out her hand to hold the sword, she didn't think about anything else. She just didn't want the old master to hurt these ghosts.

The sword used by the old master was very sharp, and Ye Sui was in haste. So, it cut open Ye Sui's skin when she touched it.

Ye Sui felt severe pain in her palm. She could feel her palm getting moist, and fresh blood flowed from the wound to the surface of the sword.

The blade was very cold. An extremely cold touch had spread to Ye Sui's hand, as if her blood was about to be frozen.

"Imperial Concubine!" An eager voice came from both sides. Both the ghost minister and the general ghost looked at Ye Sui's hand worriedly.

Chen Shu's heart shrank, losing his calm. His expression suddenly became bewildered. He took a few steps forward and held Ye Sui's wrist. He was afraid that Ye Sui's wound would become worse, so he pressed it lightly.

"Let go." Chen Shu's voice deeply fell, with his face saying not allowing others to interfere.

Ye Sui didn't hear what Chen Shu was saying. She still held the sword in her hand, and smiled calmly at Chen Shu. "Please wait for me."

Chen Su failed to persuade Ye Sui. His eyes fell towards the "main culprit". He tried to suppress his anger and tried to calm his emotions.

The old master was shocked by Ye Sui's sudden behaviour. When Chen Shu's cold eyes looked at him, he suddenly woke up and realized something.

"Let go of your hand and stop the blood first." The old master persuaded Ye Sui. He saw that Ye Sui still didn't let go, so he immediately advised.

"I won't hurt them anymore."

After hearing these words, Ye Sui removed her hand from the sword. The palm of her hand was full of blood, and the wound was already deep.

The old master put away the sword, and his hand dropped weakly to his side. He was shocked by Ye Sui's sudden action to help these ghosts.

When Ye Sui's hand moved away, Chen Shu quickly took off his coat and wrapped it around Ye Sui's hand. He was frowning and his eyes were full of anger.

Chen Shu tightly wrapped his coat on Ye Sui's wound , wanting to stop the bleeding as soon as possible. Chen Shu's voice was obviously flustered. "Let's go to the hospital now."

Ye Sui squeezed her palm and pulled Chen Shu's hand. "I'm fine, let's solve the problem first then go."

Chen Shu didn't say a word, he obviously disagreed with Ye Sui's suggestion. Ye Sui saw Chen Shu's unwillingness, so she leaned towards Chen Shu.

"Husband, I'm really fine. Just this once, next time I will definitely listen to your advice." Ye Sui lowered her voice to prevent others from hearing, but her tone was deliberately a little bit coquettish.

Although Chen Shu was not very happy, he could only stay.

Ye Sui looked at the old master. "Hundreds of years have passed. The massacre at that time was to save more lives, isn't it?" If there were no generals ghost fighting on the battlefield, no more people would survive.

"If he was born in a peaceful dynasty, would anyone want to have blood on his hands?" Ye Sui's lips were surprisingly a little pale because of the bleeding, but her eyes were surprisingly firm.

"Old master, let them reincarnate. They have been trapped here for hundreds of years."

The old master looked dazed. He was touched by Ye Sui's words. He forced a smile and put away the sword in his hand. "I am too old-fashioned, I will leave now."
