I lay my back down as I stretch my arms. I can't deny it, it's a tiring day since my parents isn't around. I somehow enjoyed it but I can't just sit down for a whole day.

Being a princess is difficult for me, what's more being a queen? Can I make it?

Nakalimutan ko nang maglinis ng katawan at dumiretso nalang sa pagkakahiga. I felt sleepy but something is bothering me.

What the hell is Aldridge doing there? Alam kong iilan lang ang nakakaalam nito. Ang naninilbihan sa palasyo at ang officials ng mga taga bituin. Could it be... He's a son of one of the evening star's officials? That's the possible way I can think.

And the nerve to tease me with that kiss?!

Mula umaga hanggang maghapon ay umiikot ako sa buong palasyo. Checking what's going on around the castle. Priam told me not to worry about anything that's going around the Redvein. Mapagkakatiwalaan at maaasahan ang mga naninilbihan. Takot lang nila na may gawing masama na may isang royale na nasa paligid lang.

Hindi lang 'yon, I'm also checking the children, if they are okay nor sad. Maybe there's something else they want but can't have. Sa una pa nga ay takot sila pero nung makipagkaibigan at makipaglaro ako sa kanila, mas gumaan ang pakiramdam nila. Really, mom, you're scaring all the people here?!

I was about to sleep when I heard someone knocking on my door. I lazily opened my eyes and stood up. Nang buksan ko ang pinto, si Priam ang bumungad.

"Kamahalan, ilang minuto nalang at magsisimula na ang hapunan. Dumating na din ang reyna at hari galing sa West Sun," sabi niya. I nodded and yawned. He was about to say something but then I shut the door close.

I spare my time to clean myself to look presentable infront of my mother. Isa ito sa ayaw niya, ang mukhang dugyot sa harapan niya dahil isa akong anak ng royale. Hindi naman siya strikto sa ibang bagay ngunit sa ayos at pananamit, she can kill because of that.

I slowly slap myself to wake my soul up while looking at the mirror. I can see nothing but tiredness in my eyes. Did I overused myself or my body just can't handle all responsibilities this day? But I insisted it!

My mom will get mad to every maids and knights here—including Priam.

Muli akong nakarinig ng katok sa pintuan. I stood up and went to the door. It's Priam waiting for me.

"The dinner will start, tara na," sabi niya. I nodded.

"Do I look tired as fuck?" I asked.

Tumingin ito sa akin at tumitig. I didn't hesitate to stare at him back. Ilang segundo nagtagal iyon ngunit hindi man lang ito nagsalita at dire-diretso ang titig niya.

"Uh..." I uttered. Saka lang nito bumalik sa wisyo.

"No," he asked and looked away. "You look beautiful with your cream dress, by the way."

Napayuko ako nang maramdaman ang pamumula ng mukha ko. Thanks to Priam, I didn't felt tired at all. Napatingin naman ako sa suot kong kong dress na pinuna niya. It's a typical dress made for the princess and I don't think there's something special about it.

But Priam made it like there's something in it.

Marahan akong umiling, trying to clear my thoughts before entering the dining area. Gaya nga ng sinabi ni Priam, nandito nga ang aking ina at ang aking ama. Kasama nila sina Tia Pax at Tio Diego, Priam's parents.
