But this time, I made red velvet with cream cheese frosting, something my mother has been wanting for a while, and she is quite ill.

It kind of looks like chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting like last time but-
Ignore that-
Last time I made red velvet cupcakes was when I was maybe 7? And I failed miserably. I added a crazy amount of food coloring that when you bit into the cupcake, your teeth would be dyed red-
So this was my redemption. My comeback. Lots of pressure to make it perfect.
Hopefully I achieved that with you all! Sorry I can't give you some...
