Chapter 9

Soon enough, Yujin calmed down and they went out. They went to school together.

Hyewon went to the garage and saw Shiwoo checking on one car. "Hello Maam...", the man greeted Hyewon. "Hello... I'm going to drive to school today...", the girl informed the man. "Oh okay ma'am... Do you want me to take it out to the driveway?", Shiwoo politely asked, looking at the latter.

"No, it's okay. I can do it myself...besides you look like you have a lot going on today...", Hyewon said as she looked at the car infront of the man, Shiwoo seems to be fixing something on the car.

"Oh, Sir said that this need to be fixed but I don't see anything wrong with it...", Shiwoo said as he shifted his gaze to the said car. "Well I have no choice, I've got to check this a few times more to see the problem...", the man added and sighed.

"Don't push yourself too much, Shiwoo...", Hyewon said as she patted the man's shoulder. "Thank you, Young Miss", Shiwoo replied with a small smile.

"Well, I got to go now... See you later...", Hyewon said as she went further into the huge garage that they have. She saw the car that she's planning to use for today and went towards it. She got the key for the car from the pocket of her beige trench coat, it was a red 2020 Chevrolet Corvette.

She went to the driver's seat and started the engene. She then drives out of the garage, seeing Shiwoo working on the car she mentioned earlier.

As she went out of the property and got to the driveway. Driving away, the gate of their house automatically closed as went away. With the campus as her destination, she silenty drives.

"Yah! Yena-ah!", Chaewon shouted at her cousin sleeping soundly on the bed. Chaewon went here much earlier than usual as she expected that Yena would not get up early for school.

Chaewon and Yena are neighbours. They planned that they'll get neighbouring condo units since high school and when they got to college and had the opportunity to buy their own units, they made sure they'd be neighbours.

"This freaking sleepyhead!", Chaewon mentally said. She went over and leaned closer to the duck peacefully sleeping, oblivious about her cousin. "YAH! YENA-UNNIE! GET THE FREAK UP THERE BEFORE I POUR COLD WATER TO YOUR FACE! YOU DUCK!", Chaewon screamed directly at the sleeping duck's ear causing the poor duck to jolt awake.

"AH! My ear! I think it's bleeding!", Yena hissed as she caressed her ear. She looked at the culprit whom possibly 'damaged' her poor ear, only to be welcomed by her beloved cousin wearing a sly smirk. "What the hell Chaewon?", Yena asked her, annoyed that she disturbed her sleep.

"Hm... At least you woke up...", Chaewon shrugged, her sly smirk not going away. "What time is it anyway?", Yena asked the latter, rubbing her eyes. "It's 6am", Chaewon nonchalantly replied.

"What?! You woke me up this early?!", Yena exclaimed. Chaewon shrugged, "I mean its better than waking up late."

"Get up there and fix yourself... I already got some bread for breakfast...", Chaewon ordered the older, which the older complied still half-asleep. Chaewon went outside the older's bedroom and sat on the sofa to wait for her.

Soon enough Yena went to the living room and signaled Chaewon that they can start eating. They both sat on the dining table and bagan munching on the bread.

While eating, Yena got her phone from her pocket and typed something on it. Yena was typing a message and as soon as she sent it, Chaewon felt her own phone vibrate on her pocket. Chaewon pulled out her phone and tapped the notification.
