18♡; the fight

vinnie flipped her off in response, hearing her laugh as she shut the door on her way out.

"god, i swear, if anything serious happens to you..." lola trailed off as she felt vinnie's hands cup her face. "i'll be okay. i promise you. i told you, i'm not letting him ruin my face before i get to kiss you. if anything, that's my motivation. you, you're the thing that's gonna help me win. when you see me up there throwing those punches, know they're for you. not for me, not for the girls that are screaming in the crowd, they're for you." he spoke softly, placing a kiss on her forehead.

"okay. good luck, vin-vin." lola smiled and kissed his cheek one last time before walking out of the room, knowing that if she stayed too long his team would have to usher her out.

lola sat between vinnie's mom, maria, and veondre as they watched everyone clear the ring for vinnie and deji.

maria could tell lola was nervous, by the way she was constantly looking around and fidgeting with her fingers. she thought it was the cutest thing, she honestly never thought her son would find a girl that cared for him as much as lola did.

"hey, don't worry, everything will be fine." maria spoke sweetly as she leaned into lola's ear, rubbing her arm comfortingly. lola smiled wide. she genuinely felt like vinnie's family liked her, and it made her so happy to know that.

lola smiled at her, "yeah, you're right. he's strong."

"nah, he's gonna get his ass beat." reggie spoke from infront of maria, making her shove his shoulder while the rest of the group laughed.

soon after that, vinnie and deji were introduced, and the match began.

veondre stuffed popcorn in her mouth as she watched them fight, it was almost like watching television for her. lola, on the other hand, had only gotten more anxious. of course she believed in him, but deji was getting alot of hits in and it'd take a pretty big turnaround for vinnie to win.

lola flinched and looked a way, a frightened frown taking over her face as she saw deji hit vinnie with a strong uppercut. veondre noticed the girl's actions and frowned, wrapping her arm around her shoulder.

"he's taking the hits really well, don't worry." veondre smiled at her, making lola feel a bit better. it was true, he was taking the hits amazing and tried his best not to hug.

the round ending and vinnie sat on a chair at the edge of the ring, his trainer talking to him while pouring water on his chest and shoulders. vinnie shifted his body to look at lola in the crowd, shaking his head and smiling when he saw how visibly worried she was.

lola felt every inch of anxiety lift off of her shoulders as she caught a glimpse of his groundbreaking smile.

he sent her a small wink, that wouldn't be noticeable unless you were studying his face the way she was, before standing back up and getting ready for the next round.

the round went on, vinnie suddenly being the physically overpowered one, until eventually he had deji cornered and kept throwing punches, until the referee lifted his hands and indicated his victory.

the crowd went crazy, along with vinnie's family/friend group. "Let's fucking go!" vinnie yelled from the ring as he was being lifted onto someone's shoulders. "Daniel, oh my god!" lola screamed along with the rest of the group, jumping up and down while hitting his shoulder.

"That's my fucking baby!" maria yelled looking into the camera that was suddenly getting closer to us, making the cameraman let out a chuckle before shifting the camera back to vinnie. "You beat that boy up, we going to Disney land!" reggie yelled, making lola laugh so hard that she had to hold her stomach.

"i'm so proud, oh my lord." lola smiled, putting her hands on her cheeks. "wanna go see him?" maria asked her, noticing how much passion she was feeling. "can i? you're his mother, i don't wanna intrude." lola furrowed her eyebrows and shook her head.

"no, no, don't worry about me. I'll see him later," maria lowered her voice, "besides, I'm sure he'd want to see his beautiful girlfriend after that win."

lola smiled wide and nodded, giving maria a quick hug before grabbing her phone and heading to vinnie's dressing room.

lola walked until she reached vinnie's room, opening the door and smiling wide when she was greeted with vinnies's back tattoos, glistening with sweat as he rubbed a towel over his wet hair.

"holy shit, vinnie!" lola exclaimed before running up to him. when their bodies collided, she wrapped her arms around his neck as he tightly wrapped his arms around her, letting her legs wrap around his waist. he was drenched in sweat, but she couldn't care.

"i'm so proud of you, so, so, so fucking proud!" lola spoke directly into his heart, moving her hands to cup his face. vinnie grinned, "you see? i told you that you were the thing that'd help me win."

lola smiled but bit her lip in anticipation. vinnie studied her face, "hey, what're you thinking about?"

lola moved one of her hands down his chest before kissing him, letting her lips mold with his. vinnie's eyes widened in surprise, but not for long as he eventually let himself melt into the passionate kiss she was sharing with him.

lola could slightly feel the light, salty taste of sweat on his lips as the kiss deepened, but that only made it so much more erotic to her.

she wanted- no, needed more.

"more," was all lola could slightly moan onto his lips as she felt his hands grope her ass. vinnie smirked against her lips as he quickly flipped them around, pinning her against the wall and slightly grinding into her, trying to find a rhythm.

"m-more, vin, please, i need more." lola struggled to speak against his lips, making him grunt as he picked up the pace. "i'm trying here, sweetheart," he grunted in reply, grinding harder as a few droplets fell from his hair.

lola tried her best to contain her moans as she threw her head back, grinding her hips up to meet with his.

vinnie let his hand travel up to her neck, squeezing the sides of it as he kissed her cheek down to her chin, "how crazy would it be if i fucked you right here? a little reward for my victory, yeah?"

lola quickly nodded, "yes, yes, fuck, please,"

vinnie smirked and connected their lips again, mentally reminding himself to lock the door when they pull away.

let's just say, it's a good thing that the walls surrounding that room aren't thin, because that couple is not good at being quiet.
